I had a really great stay here! The staff were super friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived—they made everything easy and welcoming. My room was way bigger than I expected, very clean, and super comfortable. The bed was cozy, and I slept really well, which is always a big plus when you're traveling. One of the highlights for me was the breakfast. There was such a great variety of options—hot items, fresh fruit, pastries, you name it—and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Definitely better than your average hotel breakfast! The location was also a big win. It’s really close to downtown, so it was easy to get around and explore the area, but the neighborhood itself was pretty quiet and peaceful, which I appreciated after a long day out. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in town!

The only thing I would suggest is to add a hot tub. The pool was really nice, but a hot tub would be a great addition.

Everyone is very friendly,the hotel was very clean no matter where you were. Nice and stylish and comfortable. Breakfast was great,something for everyone.

Coffee was like mud , sorry to say but I don’t think no one ever checks to see if it tastes good or not. That has to be my biggest complaint with most hotels. Either they are not cleaning their coffee machines and hot pots enough or they’re mixing the wrong amount of coffee grounds. Please take the time to address your coffee situation it will make a big difference. The only other problem would be is the beds are way to hard . I like a firm mattress but it needs a little more cush. We tossed and turned all night. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay.

The breakfast and location were good. The hotel was clean. The beds were very comfortable. Every person we interacted with gave us great service.

a big part of the reason we booked was because of the pool. I would not have booked a room if I knew we would not have a shower or if I knew there was not a hot tub. This was a family trip and this hotel just didn’t have all the things we were looking for during this specific trip but over all we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future.

It was clean and near the facilities we needed to get to. This buffet was good, just not variety from day to day.

Would have been nice to have a couch or lounge area to sit in. The purpose of our trip was for a family funeral. There was no wave for the larger group to congregate.

Pet fee was a little high for a one night stay! I thought for a kitten in a carrier it was a little bit high in price. I thought the room was very welcoming!

It seems to be a brand new construction, it is clean, the bathroom was spotless. Good parking space, nice little breakfast. Bed and bed sofa are separated by a curtain, nice comfortable working space. Good blackout curtains

The breakfast options could of been a little better. Same everyday. It was just pre made food heated up. For the price of stay would of figured a little better options.

Very clean, good location, suite was lovely and we loved the beds. I have family in Cheyenne, so I will definitely be staying there again!

Walk in shower was first rate. Shampoo, etc. containers first rate. Loved the door to the bathroom. Loveseat with curtain separation was a joy. Made doing emails, etc. easy especially after a hard drive through hours of fog.

The staff still needs help figuring out how to check people in. We got there at 3(check in time) and they were still cleaning rooms and couldn’t figure out how to get us a room that was clean. Three people later we got a room.
