Breakfast was better than most and hade several options. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Comfortable rooms and beds. Hotel is right across the street from railroad tracks, so hotel gives you ear plugs, but honestly didn’t need them. So if that is something that may scare someone off it really was not an issue. Another note on that- some may think that a hotel by “the tracks” would equal “dodgy”, but that really is not the case here. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel only changes out towels every third day which is fine, but housekeeping didn’t even come in to make up the bed. May have been an oversight.

All the staff was very friendly, courteous and accommodating. The free hot breakfast was good with a lot of options and it changed daily so we weren't eating the same food every day. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable and we really loved the pool and hot tub. We will stay here again!

We didn't notice that the breakfast hours were different on weekdays so we missed breakfast on Monday thinking it was served until 10:00 am like it was on the weekend.

Very welcoming and helpful reception staff. hotel clean and modern. room good and well equipped. nice breakfast. pool and hot tub good. a brisk walk into town but good to stretch legs and nice and shops there. the mall good but further away and needs a car. good place for visiting the town and not too far from Denver.

internet needs work

The property was clean and easy to navigate, and the staff were incredibly accommodating with my request for a late check out. I needed the room to get ready for my wedding, and they made it happen with enthusiasm, gushing over the dress and the excitement of my wedding. It meant a lot to have that from complete strangers!

We were in a queen suite for a one night stay with my family of 5. it was very comfortable and clean. Really liked that there were 2 TVs in the room but felt like a partition was needed to separate the “sitting” space from the sleeping space so the TVs did not clash with each other when both were on. Breakfast was good, it was hot and there was plenty of coffee!

The only thing I can say I did not like was there was not enough lighting in the room. It was so dark, even in the daytime. I do appreciate a well lit room other than just bedside lamps.

Beautiful hotel. The room was large, clean and very quiet. The breakfast offered a nice selection of hot and cold items and was very good. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and provided an excellent restaurant recommendation for dinner. Would definitely stay there again. Best value in Cheyenne.

The check in staff had obviously had a hard day… not engaging at all. A little bit better upon departure.

This hotel is quite new with all of the latest design trends and features. Easy access and ample parking. Comfortable beds. The front desk staff was efficient and prompt. The free breakfast included hot items such as eggs and sausage. Overall, it’s a nice place.

The nightly rate seemed high in my opinion. Rooms facing the front side of the hotel are subject to frequent train and roadway noise. Rooms facing the north side will be quieter.

Large, comfy room with a view of trains coming and going in the distance - quite charming! Very accommodating when we extended our stay an extra day. We would definitely go back.
