Very smart farm with great pool with its own bar and large sun lounger area. Smart restaurant and courtyard area. Room accessed from large terrace overlooking lemon and olive trees. Large comfortable room with very high ceiling, giving plenty of space for heat to rise. Warm welcome when we arrived. The farm is used for weddings, christenings and first confirmation celebrations: it's very photogenic.

The room had no WiFi, so we had to go to specific areas to get it. The room was next to the railway which is on a high embankment, although to be fair the trains didn't disturb us much. There were a couple of lizards on the very high ceiling; perhaps they ate any mosquitoes that got into the room, but there were several biters on the terrace. There was a wide choice of pizzas on the menu, but we were very unimpressed by them. The other choices were fine. The waiter seemed upset if we didn't order more than one course, bottled water and wine; and when we did order wine by the glass he tried hard to get us to change to a bottle, which we didn't want. Breakfast had run out the first day we went half way through the advertised times it was meant to be available.

Lovely, peaceful location. Loved the pool area! Excellent air conditioning, spacious and comfortable rooms! Pillows could have been thicker, otherwise perfect. Pet friendly. Smart TV, fab shower with hot water & good water pressure. Quiet and short walk away to the Lungomare. Breakfast was decent. A short walk away there's an excellent restaurant called 'La Rotunda' and the good was TOP NOTCH. Will be back ♥️

Rooms could do with more light. Pool area wasn't lit up at night. Breakfast could have more savoury items but overall nice! Walking areas very dark at night, could definitely use more lighting along the walkways :)

The staff really made a relaxing environment, and the garden and view was beautiful. The pool was clean and the sun beds was cleaned every day. The breakfast lady was amazing, and if there was empty of something she would filll it up. The pool bar was open every day, even with few people there, making good panini and drinks. All the staff was really kind.

You need a car to drive a bit, because the close city, is nothing special. There was a lot of locals using the pool, and they where really loudy, and took a lot of space.

Spacious grounds and buildings. Free parking on site. Has a pool which was great in this hot weather. Room was huge and comfortable and had its own outdoor space with seating. Close to the beach and restaurant. Railway station was close for access to Palermo. Staff offered to drop us off at railway station in Casteldaccia. Suggest don’t drive into Palermo!

Stunning place that makes you feel like you're in a fairytale! I loved walking amidst the citrus orchards picking fruit. Although close to the city, you feel secluded and close to nature. The service was excellent and staff very friendly. The spa was also world class and has a sauna, steam room and hot tub right next to each other. Highly recommend visiting and booking the spa! It's very affordable too. Breakfast and restaurant is excellent.

The property itself is stunning – spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. Each room was tastefully decorated, blending comfort with elegance. The layout was ideal for both relaxation and socializing, with plenty of communal spaces as well as quiet corners for privacy.

We had a lovely welcome here and were really well looked after - a super relaxing stay with Wonderful food!!! We really enjoyed walking around the property, seeing the lemon, orange, olive & cactus and the beautiful view along the coast.

While the railway station is in walking distance (downhill arriving, uphill departing) - it’s along busy roads with no footpaths. Once on the train however, it’s easy access to Palermo or east towards Cefalu or south towards Agrigento.

Amazing villa with beautiful surrounding grounds full of olive and citrus trees. Our room was spacious, comfortable and full of amenities. Dinner was exquisite a great experience thanks to Marco and Ignazio. Last but not least a varied, tasty breakfast. I highly recommend and hope to visit again soon.

Extremely helpful staff and delicious food at their restaurant.

Only thing was kitchen could be better equipped, for instance no drying up cloths, not enough filters for coffee machine. Shower was very small.

The pool was very big and the poolarea very cozy. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening and the food was really good. The appartment spacious. A beautiful place with service in top.

We thought the beach was just across the street, but you had to walk a bit and it was private beachclubs. There was also a public beach but it was rocky. Be aware that the pool is very crowded on Sundays as they have a lot of local day-guests.
