Really good hotel in the modern centre of Mostar (it’s about a 20min walk to the old town, but it’s a nice walk). Great location compared with the bus station and train station. Other reviews complained about the breakfast. It’s a great continental selection with a great range of food. The rooms are a great size with great views over the city. My room was on the same floor as the breakfast room and spa facilities which were very convenient.

The swimming pool is really quite cold. You are certainly not going to lounge in the pool, you need to swim to keep warm. The jacuzzi was thankfully a lot warmer. They don’t tell you it has its own entrance. If you arrive from the bus or train station, you keep walking past the mall entrance and around the corner of the mall, then you will see the private entrance.

Pros - large spacious room + large bathroom - very clean space - great location + 6 min drive to Mostar old town - free access to pool, sauna, gym - free parking - located within the same building as a supermarket, very convenient to quickly grab snacks and drinks - slippers provided - complimentary fruits upon arrival

Cons - location may be an issue for those without a car (no problems for us) - breakfast was very standard international buffet style (no local breakfast options or Bosnian coffee) - hot tub was on the smaller side

We booked to stay here for our anniversary and we had a really lovely stay. The room was large, with a very comfortable bed, great views, and a nice lounge area. The fitness room, pool, and sauna were all just a short walk from the room, and the facilities are all extremely clean and well maintained. We particularly loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi. It was so quiet when we visited, and it was just perfect. Additionally, the hotel is on the top floors of the Mepas Mall, so you have lots of shops and a supermarket just downstairs, aswell as a great restaurant called Prestige, where you can also order room service from! The food was delicious, well presented, and the staff from the restaurant were particularly friendly.

The reception staff weren't incredibly friendly or happy but that's a minor complaint. Everything else was great.

Everything about this hotel was great. It's the kind of hotel I was looking for.” The cost was good, and the location was a plus. Connected to the Mepas mall. Smart staff working in the reception area, taking care of everything. They were very nice and friendly. special thanks to Miss Barbra "shokran = Hvala" you got an extra arabic word 😂 . The breakfast staff were kind and tried to accommodate requests graciously.

There was no iron in the room.

Perfect 5-star stay in Mostar My stay was absolutely amazing! The room was incredibly spacious, giving me plenty of space to unwind after a busy day. Breakfast was plentiful and diverse. The spa facilities were top-notch, and I loved every moment of pampering and relaxation in the swimming pool and saunas. But what truly made my experience unforgettable was the staff. They were so attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I can’t wait to come back and experience this wonderful hospitality again!

The hotel was easy to find and parking was good during our visit (-3 level below the shopping centre). The receptionist was very nice and helpful, advising us of dining options inside out in the area.

Breakfast was only “ok” for our tastes and the breakfast staff were unfriendly (unlike everyone else we met). They never looked or spoke to us. Some of the fruit was very poor with all the strawberries gone off.

A hotel is worth more than what I paid. Well done . A human act, this hotel has people with warm hearts. Especially at reception. On the day I went on a trip 150 kilometers away from the hotel. My son is 21 years old. Stayed sick in a hotel bed in a room. I called the receptionist to get a doctor. Three times they ordered a doctor at the hotel's expense. Every half hour they visited him in the room. with medicine and hot tea. in order to burn at home. Location was nice and high quality breakfast. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable, modern and clean. Staff is super nice. Spa and gym are clean, with different saunas and a big gym room.

Ordered a sports massage of whole body for 60 minutes. Massage was shorter and it didnt cover most of the body.

We booked a suite, it was spacious and clean.

Wouldn’t rate as 5 star, while room was nice it was bland, bathroom toiletries were very basic, I expected more from a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was only ok. Bar couldn’t make cocktails. Restaurant was in a shopping centre and was closed on the evening of our stay.

The room was large, clean and comfortable and so was the bathroom. The staff at front desk were lovely and welcoming. The free parking which was underground was excellent also. The baby chair at breakfast was excellent and comfortable for our 8 month old son, and the cot provided in the room was great also.

The food on offer at breakfast wasn’t great, not very fresh and not much on offer. The staff at breakfast were not friendly. The coffee machine was broken for 2 days. The stairs used to get into the pool were also broken and it’s a safety issue which should be fixed.
