The hotel location is great if you have a car, few minutes by car from the city center, and 20 minutes walking from the center. The rooms were very spacious, and the team was very helpful. The shopping mall right below the hotel came in handy, as we needed few items from the supermarket and didn’t have to go somewhere far. The facilities are clean and well maintained.

The breakfast needs lots of work, the variety wasn’t 5 star variety and the dining area was very smelly, we could smell the breakfast from the elevators. We paid for the breakfast for two days, but we only had it once. We have one booking with two rooms, and initially we were assigned two rooms at two different floors. Given that it’s one booking i expected the rooms by default to be close to each other. Nevertheless the reception team accommodated our request and gave us rooms next to each other

Really good hotel in the modern centre of Mostar (it’s about a 20min walk to the old town, but it’s a nice walk). Great location compared with the bus station and train station. Other reviews complained about the breakfast. It’s a great continental selection with a great range of food. The rooms are a great size with great views over the city. My room was on the same floor as the breakfast room and spa facilities which were very convenient.

The swimming pool is really quite cold. You are certainly not going to lounge in the pool, you need to swim to keep warm. The jacuzzi was thankfully a lot warmer. They don’t tell you it has its own entrance. If you arrive from the bus or train station, you keep walking past the mall entrance and around the corner of the mall, then you will see the private entrance.

Little bit further out of the town than I expected but really my fault for not realising Very, very minor but would have preferred full range of bathroom products - there was no hair conditioner and the shampoo and douche soap were one. breakfast choices were a bit limited and not up to standard expected eg not much fresh fruit, no natural yoghurts, jams and butter in packets, coffee and juices out of machines.

I stayed in this hotel for the second time already. Everything is perfect. Room and bathroom are very spacious with all necessary amenities. Very hospitable , helpful and kind staff. Excellent breakfast.

The hotel is about 20 minutes walking to the old town but it is not a problem. Instead, it is very close to the train and bus station.

Pros - large spacious room + large bathroom - very clean space - great location + 6 min drive to Mostar old town - free access to pool, sauna, gym - free parking - located within the same building as a supermarket, very convenient to quickly grab snacks and drinks - slippers provided - complimentary fruits upon arrival

Cons - location may be an issue for those without a car (no problems for us) - breakfast was very standard international buffet style (no local breakfast options or Bosnian coffee) - hot tub was on the smaller side

We booked to stay here for our anniversary and we had a really lovely stay. The room was large, with a very comfortable bed, great views, and a nice lounge area. The fitness room, pool, and sauna were all just a short walk from the room, and the facilities are all extremely clean and well maintained. We particularly loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi. It was so quiet when we visited, and it was just perfect. Additionally, the hotel is on the top floors of the Mepas Mall, so you have lots of shops and a supermarket just downstairs, aswell as a great restaurant called Prestige, where you can also order room service from! The food was delicious, well presented, and the staff from the restaurant were particularly friendly.

The reception staff weren't incredibly friendly or happy but that's a minor complaint. Everything else was great.

Everything about this hotel was great. It's the kind of hotel I was looking for.” The cost was good, and the location was a plus. Connected to the Mepas mall. Smart staff working in the reception area, taking care of everything. They were very nice and friendly. special thanks to Miss Barbra "shokran = Hvala" you got an extra arabic word 😂 . The breakfast staff were kind and tried to accommodate requests graciously.

There was no iron in the room.

Perfect 5-star stay in Mostar My stay was absolutely amazing! The room was incredibly spacious, giving me plenty of space to unwind after a busy day. Breakfast was plentiful and diverse. The spa facilities were top-notch, and I loved every moment of pampering and relaxation in the swimming pool and saunas. But what truly made my experience unforgettable was the staff. They were so attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I can’t wait to come back and experience this wonderful hospitality again!

The hotel was easy to find and parking was good during our visit (-3 level below the shopping centre). The receptionist was very nice and helpful, advising us of dining options inside out in the area.

Breakfast was only “ok” for our tastes and the breakfast staff were unfriendly (unlike everyone else we met). They never looked or spoke to us. Some of the fruit was very poor with all the strawberries gone off.

Hotel Mepas was a wonderful stay! The location was fantastic, making it easy to get around and explore. The staff were very accommodating and always ready to help. We especially enjoyed the spa area — a great place to relax. Breakfast had a nice variety and was a great start to the day. Would happily return!
