The staff were very friendly. The beds were super comfortable and it was conveniently located.

There was construction which couldn't be helped and the kids above us ran back and forth across their room non-stop until 10:15pm both nights. The rooms are huge but lacked some essential furniture. They need a coffee table in front of the couch and side table next to the chair by the window

I enjoy all the little updates Holiday Inn has incorporated in their hotels recently. Check-in and outs are quick, services offered are outstanding, and the free breakfast meal is almost a feast. There are so many items, especially hot items to choose from.

There were no direction signs in the hotel. I had to look for the stairs and pool areas, which was confusing.

Room was comfortable. Hot tub and pool were a plus. Daily room service was a good touch. Continental breakfast had a variety of choices and was well stocked. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Wireless internet was a tad slow and unusable at times

Great room with adjacent connection to the room next to it and so our children staying in that room the pool was wonderful jacuzzi was awesome breakfast was wonderful the facilities are great and the employees are wonderful absolutely wonderful happiness ever sence of the word.

We couldn't stay another night

Breakfast we very good. Tasty, clean.....best part was the staff!!! They made my morning. We left our iPad and the staff immediately called and let us know. We were able to turn around and get it before leaving town. The pool was super clean. Nice stay....will definitely come back to that hotel when we are in Cache Valley.

We like staying with these hotels. We had originally booked a different hotel strictly because it said it was close to the university. It was not. It was so bad we decided to try to get a room at the Express. It was just what we expected, very good.

The staff was the best. Over the last forty years I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. They were quick to greet and say hello. Checking in and out was flawless. The pool was a good temperature and so was the hot tub. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

I felt the price was a little high but hotels were in demand that weekend. I was there for a baseball tournament and USU has a home game so it was packed. The towels are so rough, it hurt to dry off with them.

This hotel is fairly new and in great condition. It is away from downtown so it was quiet. Restaurants were close by and the Fairgrounds were only 12 minutes away. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with good options. The king size bed was a true king and very comfortable!

Plenty of parking, friendly helpful staff, very clean.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. The chair in the room while I thought it was comfy the cushion was all torn up and needed a new cover. The room was dark and even when you turn on all the lamps it never was very bright. The shower screamed a high pitch after the water was on for a minute.

Everything was great

We’ve stayed many times, it was just a little pricey this time, but I’m sure it was because of “supply and demand” it was the 4th of July
