Front desk was nice and friendly. Room was beautiful, bed was comfortable, tub was great, chimney next to the bed was nice and warm. Loved how they took their time to list restaurants and things to do nearby on a binder near. Champagne they gave us was a plus.

By the time we filled our jetted tub, the shower was super cold because no hot water left. Shampoo and bodywash wasn't the best. Breakfast was okay.

Loved the atmosphere. We had the “Lake Powell” room and it was big enough to enjoy. Had a big enough tub for my wife and I to enjoy. The bed was comfortable and inviting. The breakfast the next day delicious. We were relaxed and enjoyed our stay. We will be back next year.

The only downside wasn’t even Anniversary Inn’s fault. A couple of guest didn’t park within the lines and it caused where I couldn’t get to my driver side door to how close the vehicle was. Again; this wasn’t Anniversary Inn’s fault, just some rude guest that stayed there.

Breakfast was delicious. Love the fact is was brought right to our door at our requested time. Great variety of breakfast options.

We did not receive shampoo only conditioner. The front desk attendant had already left for the night before we realized we didn't get Shampoo.

The room was clean and beautiful. The jetted tub was amazing and so relaxing. Such a beautiful place surround by trees and a river. The breakfast was amazing as well.

The room was comfortable and in a very comfortable location….the bed was not comfortable at all. Very hard and springy. The bed was our only complaint.

It was a beautiful room and the staff was very helpful and kind. The DVD player didn't work but we didn't care that much.
