It was quiet, clean, comfortable beds and I like staying at Hampton Inn’s. I like that they have continental breakfast.

I enjoyed the breakfast food and that it’s served from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. I didn’t like that at 9:40 a.m. the breakfast person was mopping the floors in where myself and other guests were still eating and getting food. It made me feel I was in his way and he was wanting to hurry and leave. I think he should wait until 10:00 at least to start doing the clean up.

Very modern and clean facilities. Great beds and blackout blinds. Staff were very friendly (we arrived after 10.30pm). We were driving from Bozeman Montana to catch a flight from Salt Lake City. The intention was to stay in SLC but when we searched online during the drive, Hampton Inn Brigham City stood out as good value with great visitor reviews. I highly recommend this wonderful modern facility and will definitely stay again in future.

Nothing. From what we epxerienced - the rooms, staff, facility and breakfast - it was superb value.

This is a newer property and the room was well-designed, roomy & comfortable.

The breakfast was a major disappointment :-( Other Hampton Inns I've stayed at in the past always had a good breakfast with plenty of healthy choices. The breakfast at this property was mostly the standard pre-fab scrambled eggs, sausage & gravy with the ubiquitous waffle batter. There was only one type of yogurt ("with fruit"); no granola or muesli; one banana available for fresh fruit options; and some "off brand" instant oatmeal packets. Also, the TV in the breakfast area was tuned to Fox "News." I was able to change the channel but it left me wondering why management would choose such a controversial station as its default news source.

Location is great, two blocks from the temple and right downtown with a great view. Breakfast was delicious, warm, and plentiful, right up to the 10:00 end! Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Room actually looked like the advertisement glamor shot.

One of the outlets by the bed was broken/dead. Pool had no towels and front desk told us, and everyone after us for an hour, it would "be about 15 minutes". After an hour and a half we just walked back to our room dripping.

Room was ready, clean, and extremely comfortable to be in. The beds was very comfortable which helped me to get to sleep quickly. The location of the hotel was perfect. I didn’t have to drive to get where I needed. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The plug the small refrigerator has been pulled out and that wasn’t noticed until the next day when I found the temperature was warm. Had to have one of the staff move the furniture to confirm it was unplugged and get it fixed.

When I come to Brigham City, I always stay at the Hampton. The staff was great in dealing with unexpected changes in rooms, etc. The food was tasty, as expected from past experience.

Shower not functioning properly. One of the sliding glass doors was not on the runner and would not slide. Had to enter through the door furthest away from shower controls. This meant getting hit with cold water before you could turn it to hot water

Very clean and well managed. The kitchen staff and a few of the housekeepers were very courteous and genuinely sincere.

Listening to the front desk staff having a personal conversation during an otherwise pleasant breakfast. Not all that was said was pleasant to learn about what was happening at home.

The room was clean and had a big flat-screen TV (bigger than most hotels have) and a big walk-in shower. The breakfast was good, I've never had a red velvet wake before.

The TV lost connection to the cable box once during my stay. I had the front desk lady help me, and she was able to get it working again.

The breakfast was good and the dining room was clean. That combined with the clean room/comfortable bed made our stay just right. The professionalism of the staff made our mind up--we will DEFITELY stay at THIS hotel again. Also, Brigham City is a small, most delightful quite place to stop for the night. You won't regret staying here.
