I liked the fact that the room I requested was in the back, so it was easier to let my dog outside. I also liked that it was spacious and there was always parking. The hotel was never too jam-packed, and the staff was really polite. The breakfast bar was never emptied or too crowed. And even though it was located near a busy intersection, I couldn't hear the traffic one bit. Walmart is located across the street with a shopping center, which was very convenient.

The pet room I was assigned to smelled completely like urine, but I didn't want to complain and just filtered the air with airfresheners I bought from Walmart across the street. And then because I stayed for 5 nights, I wanted my sheets changed mid week, and my husband told the housekeeper, and she acknowledged his request but never showed up. When my husband went back to the front desk, they informed us that housekeeping had already left for the day and provided us with sheets we could put on ourselves. I don't mind placing sheets on myself. What I do mind is being ignored. We placed the sheets on ourselves gladly.

Love the sheets. Feels great after a 12 hour drive. Wish there were muffins or pastries to go when we leave at 5am. Never get to experience that part as it is catering to people that aren't using the BW Inn as a sleep between travel. Noticed a few people leaving early like us. Think as a business that it would be nice to be able to grab coffee and a muffin to enjoy on our travels. Super easy to have a basket ready for people that don't have the luxury of a sleep in. We have used you for at least 4 trips and would rate our experience higher were that be a consideration. Good business knowing your bbusiness better.

See above. No breakfast for those traveling early. A basket with pastries and muffins and hot coffee to go would be the best for 5 am getaways. The side door was non operational to get in with pass card and looked filthy . Tape across as if someone was trying to get in without- not up to par with your standards.

Comfortable Beds were great to sleep on. The Bathroom was a nice size and the room was very spacious. These were some of the best beds I've slept on. Bring your pillow tho if you want a good sleep.

The Pool was out of service. Breakfast was boring and not a lot to choose from. Over three days the same old overcooked eggs. They didn't have a toaster. The potatoes were boring too. The protean options were very minimal. When you're a diabetic you need different options.

The visit was great. Breakfast service was enjoyable. Variety was excellent. All in all, the stay was great and the staff that I did interact with were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again

There were a few issues with our room. There wasn't any extra rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom, just the one on toilet paper holder. The extra lamp in the living room was unusable since the wires were completely exposed near the light bulb and the faucet for the jetted tub was loose to where one could move it. And the pool not being available

I stay at a lot of Hampton Inn hotels and this one was superb! From the friendly staff to the numerous amenities all in working order. The breakfast was good. Room was very comfortable. The air conditioning system was a little noisy making a hissing sound but luckily I traveled with a noise sleep machine so I slept great. Would definitely come back to this location.

Clean and well kept. May have had recent upgrade. Large room/suite. Bathroom is small with sink in entrance. Second sink in sitting area. Darkening shades. good TV. Very good breakfast with choices and some surprises. Very pleasant staff. No freezer in the refrigerator. Close to restaurants. Slightly off the freeway into Brigham City.

Pool was out of order but probably would not have used this stay. Hot tub was available. Otherwise, very good stay.

Location was great. Devin the person managing the desk was very helpful and warm. Room was spacious. Price was reasonable. It was very clean and quiet. Bringing our dog was a very reasonable upcharge of $15

Pool was closed and elevator wasn't working but we were told about the elevator by getting a call.

The beds were extremely comfortable, as well as the pillows. The room was clean and didn't have any odor even though it was a pet friendly double queen room. The front desk clerk was courteous and helpful in our check-in. She recommended a couple of restaurants for dinner, which we appreciated.

The towels were extremely thin and stained. They've seen better days!! The front desk clerk was wonderful, but her piercings on her face made my first impression of the place a little questionable. I know that's judging, but when you are traveling through and don't know the area, these things sometimes come to mind.

Clean rooms, good breakfast in the morning. Beds were comfortable, bathroom had relatively modern fixtures. Hallways were very airy and well lit with plenty of exterior windows. I'd recommend if you were staying in the area for a few days.

If your rooms are near the middle of the hotel it can be a little far to get to the elevators. My room was adjacent to a small atrium at the rear and that made it a bit noisier than others since the sounds of people entering and leaving the building echoed up through that.

Great people, always friendly. They make me feel welcome and at home. Truly outstanding staf. The place is clean and nice. The rooms are comfortable and nice to 'live' in, even for a few weeks.

The breakfast is just OK, but it's included which is better than many other hotels. For the same price in Europe, you get a beautiful breakfast buffet, served on actual plates with real cutlery, like grownups. I think all American hotels are a bit overpriced for the value you get.
