Inside of rooms were well equipped and pretty nice. Comfy bed. Clean. No issues with the inside of the room.

Outside of property is in rough condition. Pool closed. No breakfast.

The location. The room was nice, wasn't great, just nice.

As far as I know, there was no breakfast. The stairs looked like a construction site. Bits of dirt, chipped paint and what looked like food particles on the stairs and walkway.
