I have stayed in dozens and dozens of hotels in my life, and this place has the best breakfasts, by far! Real eggs, link sausage, and hand-cut hash brown potatoes! And of course there's the waffles and cereals, etc. The area was also very clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and greeted me with a smile, every time.

The rooms are a bit dated, and could definitely use a refresh, but they were clean and comfortable. Because the satellite TV box is mounted to the back of the stand, you have to be at just the right angle in the room to change channels; which is a little frustrating, but I also found it humorous, in a way. The bed was just the right firmness for me, but the pillows... Not the best, in my opinion.

Great room on first floor with very comfortable king-size bed. Very clean with good facilities. Very little noise transfer. Parking was easy and the coin laundry a bonus. Smiths supermarket was a 10 min walk and there were lots of places to eat nearby. Staff were friendly.

There is a 100 dollar reserve on check in to cover smoking and damage fines. It was refunded immediately on check out though sign at reception says 7-10 days.

It was close to everything in town, right in the center. It was a simple room and appeared fairly clean and kept up. Breakfast had some good options and was good tasting.

The room could have used some repair to some parts of the bathroom. The bottom back of the shower door was hammered and the bathtub could of used some fixing up, but was functional and had great water pressure.

The location is perfect, the spa & pool were nice after a long drive. Breakfast was awesome as usual lots of variety.

The bed is quite firm I suggest bringing a pad if possible. On This trip There were Several guys outside drinking and being loud the tv masked the noise for the most part. This was the first time that happened, maybe it’s a Saturday night thing?

Location, floor plan, breakfast, parking. There was enough room for two play pens for my twin babies. Accessible towels and amenities, though I didn't make use of all of them.

I wish there was a nightlight or something. Hotels are always too dark at night, so I leave the bathroom light on and mostly close the door. I didn't like that the bathroom door ran into the toilet and couldn't open all the way.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Our TV remote did not work on the TV. A member of the staff came to our room at 10:00 pm and corrected the issue with no attitude of it being too late to help us. The room was clean. The bed comfortable. Parking and access to the hotel was easy. I would definitely stay there again.

Husband said his pillow was not comfortable, but mine was fine.

Location is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It was clean and comfortable and close enough to walk everywhere.

There is no elevator. I don’t enjoy the ground floor, or dragging my luggage up stairs. Breakfast hours are from 6-9am. That does not say, “Hey, we’re happy you’re here; relax and enjoy yourself.”

Easy access to the university and down town Logan. Enjoyed the gal that works night shift. She was kind and attentive! Because of her I’ll recommend this location to others.

The chlorine in the pool was a bit much. Probably needs checked.

The continental breakfast wasn't good. When we went to Breakfast around 7:30 and there was. No eggs, no potatoes and the waffle mix was empty. We asked the gentleman to bring some out. We waited about 30 minutes he never did feel it, so we just left.

My coffee maker wasn't working. I called the front desk and two, very sweet ladies brought a new one to my room. Very grateful. Also, location is great for local amenities and access to mountains.

Furniture was dusty, indicating either the room was not wiped down, or was vacant for some time.
