The breakfast area was set up nicely, and the workers were very friendly. I believe one of the workers was going on break when I was looking for some information and noticed me, then came to help and answer some questions I had.

There was no elevator, which isn't really able to be changed, but was not super fun. It was not the end of the world at all, and I was still pleased with the experience. I would have given them a nine if there were hot chocolate in the morning since it's cold out right now.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice. Bed moderately comfortable.

The air condition kept the room at a nice temp, but stayed on all the time and was uncomfortably noisy. Location not great as far as getting in and out of the driveway. The highway junction in front of the motel made it necessary to go past and make a U-turn when coming from the south. Very inconvenient. No back roads to get around the situation. When leaving had to head right out of driveway, make a left turn and go thru a parking lot to get back on the highway to go into downtown. Only front entrance and much of the parking is at the back of the building. Inconvenient bringing in luggage.

After loking at the booking rating, I was expecting worse room. I was pleasetly suprised. The room was big, cleen and decently furnishes. The beds were very cosy.

The breakfast dining room is very small and hardly acomodates all the guests. We were lucky that we came early so there was enough room to sit.

There were only bath towels so we had to ask for washclothes and a hand towel. We didn't know there was no elevator and should have asked for a ground floor room for Barbara. We had to take a room on the 3rd floor and use the stairs.

It's comfortable, clean and affordable! The swimming pool and breakfast is a great perk. I always stay here when I come through Boise.

The heating and cooking system didn't always work but I never bothered asking someone about it so that's on me.

I was pleasantly surprised by the modern feel to this hotel. It had clearly gotten some updating. We chose this hotel for the $20 per fee rather than the $75++ at other hotels.

Everything was fine except….

I was charged $25 extra because I needed to check in 1 hour early. The room was ready and we needed to change quickly for a wedding. The extra charge was ridiculous.

I liked that the swimming pool is indoor and the receptionist was very friendly from the beginning. Very clean, and the continental breakfast was decent

I feel like the bed was just too stiff. And not very many channels to choose from on TV.

I was in Logan for the start of the 2024 LOTOJA bike race. The motel was close to the race expo/start, affordable and clean.

A coffee machine in the room would have been nice. Not all travelers are LDS.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

The pillows where sift & Lumpy. The breakfast was practically non existant. We went out every day for breakfast
