The staff here was very helpful. We had an Amazon package that was supposed to be delivered during our stay but was late. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in making sure it was picked up a given to a friend of ours. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is less than 1 hour from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort and a little over an hour from Bear Lake. We have stayed here probably 5 or more times and have always enjoyed out stay.

This hotel is ideally located to access everything you would want to see in Logan. The staff has always been welcoming and there is no large turnover in the staff (we have been here many times), indicating that it is a well run hotel. The breakfast is quite nice and the rooms they give us have always been excellent.

The "couch-like" breakfast chairs are a little plushy, so that it is hard to eat breakfast from them. Other than that, we this place is really nice.

very clean and comfortable! rooms were spacious and had plenty of room for our family of 3! and could have had another adult or child in there as well. The staff was very kind and helpful with any and all the needs. got to choose what floor we were on as well which was awesome

the toilet constantly ran, and never seemed to fill up so you heard it constantly. One of the sinks was clogged with something pretty gross looking and it took forever to drain. no plug for the bathtub to take a bath

The only thing negative that happened was - we checked out online saying we would leave at 11am. Thinking that was that, we went back to sleep, setting our alarm for 10:30. At 10 there was a knock on the door - housekeeping. That irked us. Weren’t they told we were leaving at 11? Can’t they check before knocking?! Anyway, not a huge deal but just a *ugh* at the end of our 2-night stay.

The staff was very friendly and nice. Rooms were a good size.

On the day we were checking out, I went out to my car to grab some shoes that were left out there, and I tried to come back in the door with my card, and it wouldn't let me in. My card had been deactivated, and I hadn't even checked out. I called my daughter to come let me back in Some of the benches where you sit for breakfast were super low. You would sit down, and your face was almost level with the table. It would be way better if they had chairs instead of the bemches.

The room was fine. Mostly clean. There were enough towels. Breakfast and coffee was good. Breakfast area had enough seating.

The tub had no stopper. We had to use the "do not disturb" plastic piece over the drain to fill the tub. The couch cushions were quite dirty with unknown debris on them. Strangely, housekeeping cleaned the room on the 1st day but did not clean the room on the 2nd day.

It was one of the best beds I've ever slept in. Very good and comfortable.

We arrived at the hotel tired from a 7 hour drive. There was no tv, none of the 2 tvs didn't work. Then to make matters worse the phone also didn't work to call them. So I went to reception and spoke to a girl I asked to fix the tv she said in half an hour it would be ready. They never got around to fixing it. The shower dripped drops of cold water a disaster. At 5 pm there was a lot of noise from cars in the street. I don't think I will ever stay in one of these hotels again.

Location The staff made an extra effort to get us into the only room in the hotel that has a roll in shower for handicap persons. Even if it was already occupied.

Handicap ramp in front was blocked by a bench. Could not use ramp. The hotel only had one room with a roll in shower available for handicap people in the whole hotel. This is not the first time we have experienced this with wydham or La Quinta hotels across the west.

Comfortable beds are important to me and the AC was nice and cold. I loved that the pillows were all different since everyone likes a different kind of pillow. That was a nice touch.

The toilet paper seemed like single ply and the TVs were small but that’s a small detail. Overall we had a great stay.

Clean room, liked 2 sinks, decent breakfast, very friendly and accommodating front desk staff.

It looked like an event occurred in a conference room because there was a cleaning station left outside the door with used cups and garbage on it. It looked like it was just left there. It was still there like that the next day.
