My recent stay at Royal Uzungol Hotel & Spa exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome. They were attentive and friendly. The room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The bed in particular was perfect for a great night’s sleep. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, from the spa to Turkish Hamam, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a great variety of options. The location was ideal, also it was peaceful and quiet. I was truly impressed by the attention to detail and the commitment to ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family and look forward to my next visit!”

Breakfast is poor

The breakfast was one of the best we had in Turkey. A Swiss looking log building with ample parking and easy to get to. The staff are accommodating and helpful. Close enough to the village to walk there and back.

The room was smaller than anticipated. A kingsize bed would have been nice, but would probably not have fitted. Uzungol is another one of these Swiss/German Theme Park towns. The scenery is beautiful and there is a lot to do, but you will forget that you are in Turkey.

The breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety of food options. I would suggest improving the selection of cold beverages and adding fresh oranges, more vegetables, and custom-made egg omelets.

the spa and pool facility could be improved with more activities and longer swimming hours.

The hotel is setup like a ski chalet and has a rustique touch to it. Staff are super friendly and will always get out of their way to assist.

it's far away from uzungol lake.

Staff are very nice and cooperative. Very nice food specially breakfast. Location and view is so nice.

WiFi is weak sometimes.

Compared to the hotels standards in Uzongol, this hotel is great.

I was charged for something I didn't ask for, but it's ok, it didn't affect my stay or the services given.

The hotel is beautiful, vintage theme that plays well with the area of uzongol. I loved our stay. The hotel is very clean, very proper and the staff are very nice
