Amazing , stylish , peaceful , clean hotel . Excellent location , stunning views , highly professional kind staff . Dimerta with her other colleagues welcomed me , looked after me exceptionally well . The hotel is beautifully decorated, nice lobby , bar . The dining area is really well , tastefully designed, the delicious , fresh breakfast was served with exceptional attention to detail. The hotel is located in the centre of the of thevMeteora . I absolutely loved everything about the Hotel Kaikis. We booked at midday for a stay that evening. Super deal including breakfast so were not expecting much and it was great. Fabulous greeting by friendly, helpful smiley receptionist. We were so excited to find we had been given a room with a view and balcony too. Beds were very comfy. Breakfast was very varied and local. We parked just up the road and the start if the Meteora 6 Monasteries Walk starts at the top of that road. The receptionist (who has lived in UK) was also a delight this morning. We literally just had a fabulous, sudden, wonderful 24 hours and we were very happy with our hotel choice.

This hotel we visited for new years night. It was decorated in the loby absolutelly very nice for nrw year. Staff ismn the hotel is frendliest staff that i had experience in my life. Two older ladys that night were on reception. I have no comments for their pleasant attitudr and kindness. If i need to choose hotel with frendilest staff in the world - this is that hotel. Next monrning was one man on reception. Again same nicest attitude who is probably standsrd for everybody in this hotel. He gave us new batteris for the toy rhat Santa Claus bringed for the new year eve in the hotel for my kid. Breakfast was so rich wirh many different meals to eat. DEFINITELLY WE WANT TO COME BACK AGAIN IN THIS BEAUTIFULL HOTEL.

We enjoyed everything. Our room has a very lovely balcony overlooking the rocks. They don’t have a on-site parking but you can easily park in the free parking lot just above the road (3-minute walking from the hotel). Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. And there is a natural history museum located on the road just behind the hotel, be sure to visit it, especially if you are traveling with kids.

There were no slippers in the room.

The view from the 3rd floor was outstanding. 180 degrees of the Meteora mountains and monasteries. Soundproof when balcony door closed. Very clean hotel and comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions on where to go and routes to see the monasteries, hikes, sunset viewing etc.

Nothing was wrong - A kettle with tea and coffee in the room would be nice. The bathroom shower was a dated. Rather have a glass door and not a curtain in the shower.

The staff was really nice, at the beginning they gave us a different room because it was bigger but when we asked for change to the selected one (from photos) and they gave it to us without any problems. We were there only one night, but it was a really comfortable stay. Bathroom is big, and very clean

The view was disappointing a little bit, cuz we have chosen this place mostly because we wanted to have a nice view, and the photo from booking wasn't showing everything. So there were nice views of the mountain but also the view for a really big building in front of us

The view from the balcony is magnificent, actually we booked this hotel only because of the view. We lived in a room 305, which I can recommend everyone, who wants to see the Meteora during the sunrise/sunset. Personnel was really nice and Catharina from the reception desk gave us tipps about visiting Meteora (that was our main purpose). One more pleasent thing: the remotes for a TV and air condition were desinfected and given us at a front desk, which is really nice, because it's great to have a clean remote. Breakfast was also good and for every taste, I woukd say. There's a free parking in the neighbour street and there's an elevator in the building. You can also find a restaurant just near the hotel and other restaurants if you go to the center.

The room was not very big, but it's still good price-perfomance.

The staff are very friendly, we supposedto arrive late evening and the communication with the staff are very smooth. Hotel has been renovted so the room is modern nd clean with new facilities. Breakfast was good with variety of selections. Public parking is very close to the hotel.

No complimentary drinking water in the room, we needed to buy.

This hotel was EXACTLY what we hoped it would be! We wanted a spectacular view of the rock formations from our room, and that's EXACTLY what we got. We also didn't want to pay a fortune for that room-with-a-view, since we were traveling for two month. They gave us the room that we asked for, and we enjoyed sitting out on the (small) balcony and soaking in the view. The hotel itself is rather dated (which we really like --- it's "vintage," not old). The staff was terrific. The breakfast buffet was more than sufficient. There was plenty of on-street packing nearby for our rental car, and driving around to see the monestaries and natural formations was super easy.

The room was fairly basic and not huge, but we knew that when we booked it. It was a great value for the money, given the view and convenient location.

The hotel is very central, the room was nice, we were offered last floor, with a great view to Meteora rocks. There was some noise from the main street, but that is what you ''pay'' if you want Meteora view. All restaurants, tavernas, shops, in walking distance. The breakfast was really goof and the staff very very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.
