Everything was so easy. Check in was quick. The room was great. The whole place was impeccably clean. They didn't mind me hanging out all day after I checked out while I waited for the flight. The staff were so warm and welcoming.

The check in process mostly took place online and was very easy. Staff was friendly, and the hotel was easy to get to from the main roads. The room felt very updated with a spacious bathroom, and it was very clean. The lobby was clean and well stocked with a little supplies wall. I didn't utilize the bar in the lobby, but it seemed like it would have been a nice place to sit.

I would have liked to have utilized the bar in the lobby, but I never saw anyone working at the bar. There were no clear signs on it's hours, but it was empty of staff at all times during our short stay. I also booked a 2 Queen room, and was given a single King. I was staying with my sister, so we just slept in the king together and I didn't make a big fuss about it. I did however check my original booking and it was not for a king room. I imagine if I had brought it to the staff's attention, it would have been rectified.

Good clean accommodation with a nice bar/ cafe in the reception area where you could get a light meal and breakfast at reasonable cost.

Not much information on where to catch the shuttle bus from the airport included in the booking confirmation. Giving a US contact number to none US travelers made contact difficult after just arriving from the UK

We were there for a short overnight travel stay. It was convienient and adequate. We ordered food for delivery. Restaurant seeemed overpriced and understaffed although those working were working hard and efficiently. Housekeeping staff was wonderful. Place was clean and well equipped. Outdoor areas were awesome for pre-travel relaxation. The shuttle service was top notch. "William" was a wonderful escort to our airport destination. He's definitely an asset to this location.

Restaurant/food options could have been better but for our stay it was just fine. toiletries provided were a bit "scant" for 2 adults but again, adequated. Price was great, location great, shuttle, great. Clean and well cared for

The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The restaurant was very good, with a pretty large variety of options to choose from, at reasonable prices. The waiter/bartender was a joy and made the 2 meals I had there a great experience as he was very friendly and helpful.

I was sent an email after booking the room online, requesting me to pre-complete my "check-in" to "save time" on arrival at the hotel...only to find that, when I did arrive, what I had done online ahead of time was a complete waste of time. It literally saved me NO time whatsoever and I still needed to wait in line, show my ID (passport), and supply my credit card for "incidentals"...the normal procedure. The email I had been sent had indicated that doing the pre-online check-in would save me time, but it did not...at all.

The location and price

The staff was not that friendly, when I did the check in the person did not explain nothing he barely talked to me, just to ask for the CC. I have to ask him where was located the elevator and the ice machine, I never knew a what time the breakfast starts or those basic things that a front desk should explain to a guest. The front desk in the morning was the same no good morning or customer service. Also the lobby and the elevator have a strong odor of burn oil.

Love the free coffee. Room was clean and bath modern. Love the free shuttle. Close to Waffle House within walking distance.

The group of us was ordering breakfast one morning, half of the group order was taken. After about 15/20 mins had to go find out why they wasn’t coming back to take the rest of the group order about. About 3 times we had to go ask. Finally was told there didn’t have enough breakfast for all of us. Wasn’t pleased with this.

Beautiful, modern and clean hotel. There was a bar which we didn't use but nice that it was available. $10.00 breakfast was delicious and a good value.

I would have liked a coffee machine in the room.

The facilities are great, I love the rooms. It was our second time there and it’s been very comfortable every time. The front desk staff is always very pleasant, and also the breakfast server is always very helpful.

The bartender at the restaurant (nighttime) is simply UNHELPFUL. It took me 20min to try to make my order because he wasn’t there, and when he did came he told me there were only 3 dishes available (from 20) and that I couldn’t pay charged to the room (when it said so on the menu). I ended up not ordering anything. The first time I was there, that same guy had the same unpleasant behavior and just didn’t want to work, apparently. Spent his time on his phone while there were customers at the bar. Also didn’t understand how I need to give out my credit card information many times after I had already put it TWICE on booking. Just seemed unnecessary.
