The view from our 16th floor window was spectacular and perfect for viewing Disney fireworks and the drone show at Disney Springs. Very walkable to Disney Springs as well.

We were texted and emailed to do a pre check in, which we did. It still took almost a half hour wait because our check in person (Lana) failed to ask a simple question. She typed and typed and then took our id and went into a back room. After waiting a bit we asked her trainee what was the problem. He checked with her, she came out and said that she was trying to find us a room with a King which is what we reserved. There was none yet available, would we take two queens? Of course we would, as long as we had the view. Had she asked that right away, she would have saved herself and us a good bit of time and frustration.

The hotel was lovely, warm, welcoming. The staff was very helpful and nice. the fast service was the only fast service I could get working so much appreciated. walking distance to Disney springs was extremely wonderful. My bed was awesome, my son loved the smell of the hotel. the pool day we had was excellent. I loved it and will be back next year.

My sister who loves makeup did find that the lighting in the room /bathroom was to light. My only fault was no microwave, and we were not supposed to use the microwave downstairs for outside food, being a Caribbean person the portion sizes in the US was just too large for us so we had to do a lot of takeaways, which lead us to eating our food cold.

Great location. Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast (not included) on mezzanine level. Enjoyable Joffrey’s cafe and small market in lobby area. Staff is very friendly, nice, and helpful. Love the fridge in the room. Shower pressure is good and toiletries are nice.

My sink and tub faucet would not stop running. I tried all different positions and it just would not shut off. Towels are small. Wish there was a microwave in room. Housekeeping is extremely loud during the day so don’t expect a restful day off at the resort to sleep. Wish there were more food options available.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I appreciated the 'full-size' mini fridge. The location is within easy walking distance of Disney Springs. The pool was nice (except for the hot tub). Check-in and check-out were easy.

The shower curtain did not keep all the water in the shower and the floor got soaked anytime we took a shower. The hot tub was disgusting and people were letting their kids run and jump around in and out of it unsupervised. The staff had used a little too much 'sales pressure' with the coupons and whatever else they were trying to talk us into. We were only there for one night and already had a set itinerary.

It was so nice, I traveled with my son who had a work streaming meeting 3 days at another hotel it was nice and it was high class but we stayed here 2 more days and loved it more!! We love that they gave us what we asked and more , a room closer to lobby and elevator but also gave us one with a view of Disney Springs and was so close we could walk and the beds and pillows way more comfortable and the service was so much nicer!! And we try to come once or twice a year and stay in the Disney resorts and Universal hotels. We always wanted to stay here, but we never did. We couldn’t help but visit the kingdom and with it being a resort was amazing for the app. We really loved it.!!

Only that you didn’t have any plates or silverware? We ordered out and they forgot it so it would’ve been nice if you guys had something like that. But that’s the only negative thing I can say.

We had a great and easy stay in Wyndham Lake Buena Vista in July! It has very comfortable and clean rooms and it is one of the closest hotels to Disney Springs, which is great. The buses that go to the parks are very comfortable and convenient as well (there is a bus every hour to each park, you just have to make reservation in advance - we had no problem arriving before Magic hours time and going back from the parks was also very smooth, even after Magic kingdom and Epcot fireworks). I would stay here again!

Loved the location. They let you get a parking pass before check in time. Can go walk to Disney springs then come back at 4 to check in and get a room! The pool was excellent kids loved it. Lots of things to eat and drink at the location. Rooms were clean. Get a room facing disney on a higher floor and you can see the drone show at disney springs and also the fireworks at disney it was a huge plus!!

All the pillows were really thick. It was great while watching TV but for sleeping they were too high but that's just my preference. Kids running down the hall at 2 am. But again I'm a light sleeper it did not wake my kids.

My family and friends have stayed at this property on numerous occasions over the years for the excellent location and value for money. We are now reconsidering our future plans based on our check-out experience. The cleaning and service staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The reception staff not so much.

The reception staff trying to stiff me for another $1,000 after I checked out and was fully paid up. Now I am having trouble trying to get this money reimbursed. Not sure Booking.com are helping me in this regard either. Very disappointed with the lack of care by all parties.

Very clean property and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping our room fresh everyday! The pool was amazing and great for keeping kids busy and happy with additional water features. Loved the 5 minute walk to Disney Springs, very easy!

Didn’t like there wasn’t a microwave in room as most hotels have them these days. Couldn’t warm our leftovers up. The restaurants automatically include 18% gratuity on the bill…I don’t remember seeing that anywhere. That is fine but I feel it shouldn’t be forced on the bill, I have never seen that in all the resorts I have stayed. That should be the customers choice to leave whatever gratuity they feel is earned.

Great place to stay, right next to Disney Springs. Free buses are awesome, on time and regular. Rooms are good. Restaurant, Cafe and Bar all convenient and well stocked. Pool was really nice. A really nice stay at a great hotel conveniently situated 10 mins walk from Disney Springs. Fab.

After 24 hours travelling arriving at 11pm, I did not enjoy the attempt to get me to go looking at a timeshare development upon check in. Thankfully the stay was excellent, but this did worry us when we first got there as to what we had checked into.
