the coffee was good, but I missed fruit. I didn't like the location. Although it is close to the universal, there were no restaurants or shops nearby. Everything depended on the car. As it is a region close to the highway, walking is unfeasible.

There was no transfer to Disney parks.

Very pleased overall. Not only was the room clean and comfortable, but it had all the amenities needed, and it was great for my mobility-impaired wife. It was also a good value, and the location was outstanding.

I might have used the Universal shuttle had there been more scheduling options. (It would be great if there was a shuttle pickup at closing time.) And while the complimentary breakfast buffet was very good, I would have preferred more variety--for example, options for sugar-free syrup and whole-grain bread, as well as more than one kind of meat.

The location was perfect, literally minutes away from universal studios and plenty of restaurants and stores. The suite was nice and clean, beds comfortable and the crib for the little one was a good size. I enjoy the continental breakfast, everything was fresh. I also enjoyed the free parking. My family used the outdoor pool and it was clean and not crowded at all. Option for a coin operated washer and dryer is available. The booking was easy and price was very reasonable for the area.

The elevator at the main building was out. They were repairing it, but walking up the steps weren’t too bad. And the bathroom had some mildew odor, but we kept the bathroom vent on 24 hrs. Wasn’t so bad afterwards.

Great location as very close to Universal. Staff were lovely. The shuttle bus to Universal was handy. Rooms were nice and the bed was comfy. Smart tv so we could watch Netflix and Amazon in bed.

The air con was super noisy, we had to turn it off at night. The pool looked a bit dirty and there were no proper sun loungers if you want a day around the pool. We didn’t make use of the free breakfast as we could never get a table.

The hotel and facilities were good, exactly as shown on booking. Breakfast was very good, a great start for busy days. What made all the difference was the staff engagement level and helpfulness. Great team! I found the location perfect, not only to get to Universal, but for being in a relatively light traffic area, close to Millenia, the Oulets, Orlando downtown, with not too bad access to the Disney area, either.

The pool is small when compared to other similar hotels’

Beds were very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the pool. Very easy to get to off of I-4 - and then to the airport

Breakfast - disappointing. Coffee mediocre and styrofoam cups dont help. Would have like healthier options (fresh fruit, whole grain cereal/muffings/bread. No effort to use compostable or "green" eating items or in the service items or food packaging. This was my biggest disappointment in La Quinta; everything else was quite acceptable.

Loved the color scheme! Breakfast was good. Pool was nice. Large room.

I booked to use the shuttle to universal but they only run twice a day. Once at 8am (so you can’t get there for park open) and one at 5pm from the park (not when the park closes). This made me incur additional charges using uber. I wanted a hotel with a shuttle back and forth so I could enjoy my day.

Breakfast was different every day, which is appreciated considering I've stayed at other hotels where they only serve waffles every day. The staff was kind and the shuttle to universal is very helpful

This is more of my personal experience, but my room had a door connect with the next room and you could hear all the screams of the children next door in the middle of the night

Great location near Universal Studios. Can be reached on foot in under 30 minutes. Food options and outlet shopping available within easy walking distance.

Although coffee was available in the room it was restocked wit( only enough for one day despite the room being cleaned only every other day.

Breakfast wasn't very good and could have had more options, the shuttle bus was to small to fit everybody, shuttle back from the Universalstudios departs to early, so we had to take an Uber instead, long way to get to Downtown Orlando without a car. But all in all very nice hotel and would stay here again.
