I love the customer service, I mean the staff at the front desk are so generous and considering. Hector, Micheal c. Eric those guys are really on top of things. Also Monica that's the mom of the whole hotel😂. But other than that they have the best everything from the rooms being spotless and everything. Ohhh! I can't forget about the wonderful house keepers they are the best. When I see them, they are always greeting, and that greet comes with a beautiful smile behind it, and that right there should tells you that you're in good hands. I love it here. From me to the staff I really appreciate you guys. Thank y'all so much..

The rooms are large and they keep it pretty clean the manager. John was very courteous and professional.

The pool of the time was waiting to be inspected by the county so that cannot be used. The corporate team did come through the property and was not very nice but the location staff were polite and courteous and felt welcoming and we’re professional the executive staff that came through doing an inspection or not kind and put a bad taste in her mouth, resulting in as checking out early

The staff was incredible, anything we needed they were glad to help. Monica was our front desk clerk at check-in and check-out, and we just think she’s great! Also, the suites are very spacious and comfy, we loved having plenty of room and a full refrigerator for all our leftovers. The hotel is within walking distance of Universal and there access to tons of local fare and activities. It was a great value for the price of the room!

The people next to us argued and shouted loudly into the wee hours. This isn’t the hotel’s fault but I do wish they enforced quiet hours.

Staff here was wonderful they're very accommodating the rooms were awesome everything worked it was so comfortable the beds were so soft and comfortable I loved it I'd like to thank Juan Eric rose Blanca Cynthia and the hotel manager John for everything come stay here you'll like it too

The staff was very friendly. The location was great. Great value, and the beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in.

The "breakfast included" was just oatmeal. There were a couple of other things, but not the hotels fault. Overall, it was all good. Would definitely stay again.

Ay usual I have no words that can explain how appreciative of the wayme and my family is being treated.. there are many hotels and many othe living options but this is by far the best place I have ever been the team is so compassionate and they have no problem with getting a job done Stacy AM Mr John GM Ms Rose Mr Travis Ms.Conie all are an exceptional teams ...nownthats what I. At This Extended Stay they make you feel like your at home just like the logo says 😊Thanks to Miss Rose for her consistency and great charm and thanks to a couple more staff .oh and I can't forget the maintenance guy Narciso he,s working and always smiling 😊

The fact that John and all the front desk employees also house keepers and the maintenance man all go above and beyond to make sure that my family and I are safe and help us with whatever we need is awesome if there was a thousand percentage in place this place deserve more..thank you and we are very grateful in the help and support you are are like family and I would recommend this place to anyone you guys fore sure have my vote thank you

the location was good for my crew working at Universal Studios, this is the 1st Extended Stay that had positive reviews, we have stayed in others in the area, but those places were dirty and run down, they remodeled it just in the last couple of years.

Breakfast was perfect for a quick bite on our way out for the day. Stacy at the front desk was wonderful! Very friendly and seemed to genuinely care that we had what we needed and were taken care of.
