When I walked in I was greeted well.

I booked my stay through booking for 3 people. I made the mistake of asking for regular beds instead of 2 queens. When they assisted me at the hotel they did not realize my mistake so they could advise me there and change the bed sizes. There was no free breakfast included either and the parking problem was a huge headache. Everything was very different when I stayed the day before at Holiday Inn International (breakfast and parking included).

The location was perfect. It was a 15 minute walk to Universal Studios Orlando, and that was the nature of the trip//stay.

Initial check-in experience with Max. He didn't want to give me a copy of my Folio. Finally he printed out a sheet that reflected my name, address, room number and that's it. I had to handwrite the check-in time and $50 deposit.

close to universal. can walk easily to universal (takes15-20 minutes ignore anyone telling you otherwise). The restaurant FRIDAY is next door with an internal entrance from the motel and has a buffet(cost is sometimes included in the motel cost). we only used it once this time for breakfast as it wasn’t as good this time around however the dinner was a totally different. brilliant and the staff are great. A free shuttle is available to take you to universal at a few different times in the morning and then back again in the evening. tour and tickets and theme park shuttles can be arranged easily. rooms were clean, beds were well made. front reception staff were a little reserved however as we were there for a number of days i saw the long hours and totally get why you don’t always manage to have a smile on your face 24/7 when dealing with the public. I think you guys do a fantastic job. thanks.

We had a two bedroom suite. Much better than two rooms. Top floor, over 1000 sq feet. Very fast elevator. Everything we needed in the room. Walked to Universal which was easy and beautiful. Ate at Fridays for lunch which was reasonable. No car because parking is expensive and didn’t need it. No breakfast. There’s a Walgreens not far away you can walk to. The walk was about 15 to 20 minutes but way more enjoyable than waiting for a shuttle. I definitely recommend this room and location to anyone willing to walk and not drive. The walk is about 1800 steps. At Universal plan on over 15000 steps. Have fun!

Although the store was open late it was a bit expensive and could have more healthy food options.

Great location. 20 minute walk to Universal. We arrived in the morning and it was raining. We planned to go to Universal but didn’t want to fight the rain. They allowed us to check in early. It was super helpful.

We paid for a room that slept 6. There were 5 in our party. The room only had 3 towels and no sheets for the fold out. We called down for towels which they sent someone with more. We didn’t call for sheets because we thought by the time we did, it was too late.

Our room was clean, pool was clean, beds comfortable, AC cold, and when we had an issue with our microwave the staff was quick to fix the issue.

The breakfast buffet was $15 per person, which I felt was overpriced for someone who just wants a small bite. I only wanted some toast and eggs but was informed I had to pay the $15 if I got any food at the breakfast buffet. This was the only food option in the area unless I wanted to walk 17 minutes to the nearest McDonalds.

The Staff was very friendly and welcoming! We had Plenty of towels and the beds were comfy. Wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the things the hotel had to offer. The partnership with TGI Fridays was an amazing experience as well. I Would definitely stay again!

I was happy the restaurant was close to the hotel and the travel desk was in the hotel and provided shuttle to the Universal Studio.

I had booked the hotel with breakfast....but, when i reached the hotel...i was told the room is without breakfast. Also, the coffee maker was not working and had to be replaced at least 3 times which was a little frustrating as i couldn't have morning coffee.

All the hotel was pretty nice and neat. I like that they clean the rooms everyday and put new towels. The beds were confortable and we had plenty of space for a group of 6 people or families. And the laundry space it was so usefull. The personal was pretty nice too

I didnt like that the parking was not included on the price, but that's ok we already know about it. Also, about breakfast, For groups of friends or families, it would be great that they include breakfast for all of the members cause if we are paying for a suite, it supposed that its a group of min 5 or 6 people, and it's not logical that they give just the breakfast for 2 of them.
