We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was a real highlight—plenty of variety to suit different tastes, with fresh and tasty options each morning. Great value for money overall, especially considering the quality of the facilities, which were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Universal parks, and they also offer complimentary shuttle service, which was super convenient. Uber rides were quick and easy when needed. The staff were consistently kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was great! They were very friendly and helpful when needed. The breakfast bar had a variety of things the staples like eggs meat and waffles switched daily….so the eggs would be cooked different, one day you’d have sausage pork and turkey then one day bacon,and then they offered 2 different type of waffles on their self serve bar one flavored and a original. This has probably been one of our best hotel experiences for our family of 5. Universal is right around the corner just a 5-7 minute drive depending on traffic, but they do offer a shuttle to universal it comes once every hr between 7&11 and pick up was once an hr between 5&7 (probably the only down fall especially on the weekends when parks are open longer but you could just Uber back there is a whole section for that.

perfect distance to the universal parks. U Can Walk there in only 15-20 min. The hotel has a great breakfeast With different types of bread, eggs, fruit, muffins and waffels. There is also coffea, tea, juice and milk. Everything me and my family needed before a day at the parks. The pool is great after a Long day, and the area is gated so u can stay there without getting disturbed.

cleaning of the rooms is not the best. We found an Old juice box behind our curtain, and the rooms are a bit run Down, but for the price it’s not a biggie. The pool had sand and dirt on the buttom, but nothing i wouldn’t expect from an outdoor pool

Breakfast was ok (not exceptional), the room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was strong. The room space for 4 people is exceptional. The small fridge is a good item. The room service was efficient. The overall stay was great.

We were 4 in the room but we constantly had to ask for one additional towel as staff left only 3 for us. Another minor thing is that one washer was not working and one dryer didn't dry properly. There could be signs about out of order machines as well as an alert on how long the machines cycle take to finish. The bathroom faucets could get some maintenance as you had to do some tricks to get them to close completely.

Room was on ground floor. and close to front lobby,pool and breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. Staff extremely courteous and helpful. Room cleaned while we were gone.Breakfast was fantastic . Big and lots to choose, hot and cold items. Different Hot items each day Kids loved making their own fresh waffles. Many waffle makers so no wait. 10 minutes to universal.Was very quiet. Check in was fast.

We went to the pool late after theme park and there were no towels.

The location of the hotel was very good. The sister hotel which was just across the parking lot provided a free shuttle bus to Universal Studios , and it was walking distance to Orlando's Premium Outlet. The staff were very friendly, particularly Tamara who works at a receptionist and was incredibly friendly when checking us in. The room was clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a microwave, coffee maker, and a TV provided, as well as good WiFi. Breakfast was included. There was a good selection of snacks available to buy, as well as multiple water refill stations.

The breakfast, although the selection had a good variety, could have been better. Everything was a bit bland.

The property is very clean and safe. They have a great complimentary breakfast and have ice water available in lobby with citrus and another with cucumber etc all the time. The pool area is nice with a smaller sized pool and hot tub.

I would like if they had more comfortable seating outside where you are supposed to smoke between the fence to the pool and the door. the front benches are near the only entrance doors and felt uncomfortable smoking and trying to relax out there as well. Not really that big of deal..should quit anyhow.

Tamara at the front desk was amazing and super nice. She personally delivered extra linens to our room before she went home for the night. The breakfast was great and different each day! Very quiet and pleasant! Free shuttle to theme parks. All of the staff were helpful and nice. It’s also dog friendly (with a $50 fee) but worth it! Will definitely be staying here again!!

Since the property is aged…It could use an update. The water pressure in the shower is terrible. But it just forced me to take a nice “longer” hot shower, which was fine with me!!

The staff checking you in were so nice and helped in anyway they could also couldn’t be more happier about the room I asked for a handicapped room with a service dog and the young lady behind the desk made sure it got done would definitely go back for another stay

Not really to much staffs fault but people coming in from late night hours very rude very loud and leaning on others doors to there rooms

Good breakfast, nice staff, great location.

There were several issues with our recent booking. We requested a room with three beds, but received a king with a sofa bed. While a room change was offered, the new bathroom wasn't clean (hair on the floor and in the tub). Additionally, our four-night stay was reduced to three nights. Beyond these problems, the stay was satisfactory.
