Loved pet friendly. Close to universal and only 5 miles from camping world stadium. Breakfast was very good. Beds were very comfortable. Shower water pressure was awesome. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Felt very safe taking my pup outside to use the bathroom after midnight

Room was either hot or freezing. Hallway was always hot. Bottom of shower door had a seal or something hanging from it wasn't very sightly but didn't hinder great shower. Our room backed up to Wendy's drive thru and late night it was very noisy and at 3am every night they dumped trash into the dumpsters I just thought over 200 per night is over priced for a holiday inn express with no view and the late night noise but would stay there again just ask for the other side of the hallway as floor 2 is where you stay if you have pets and we had to take 2 dbl beds instead of the king I booked for a new years eve romantic 3nt stay.

Taking the shuttle to Universal Studios is such a convenient and stress-free experience. The ride is comfortable, and it eliminates the hassle of navigating traffic or finding parking. The drivers are friendly and helpful, and the drop-off point is typically close to the entrance, so you can start enjoying the park right away. Plus, it's a great way to relax and get into the theme park spirit before a fun-filled day!

The hotel bathroom had a persistent unpleasant smell that made the stay less enjoyable. Despite keeping the door closed and trying to air it out, the odor lingered and detracted from the overall comfort of the room.

We stayed here for the Stray Kids concert! The staff was very nice! We especially appreciated the night shift front desk attendant, lovely man! The lobby was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and their coffee machines were so good. Our room was very clean for being on the 2nd floor, which is the "pets" floor. The concessions in the lobby are also good!

Our shower floor could use some renovation. It had some cracks that were unpleasant to step on. But other than that, the bathroom was good.

The room was small but very clean. It was perfect for 2 people. The stand-up shower was amazing, and the water pressure was fantastic. Housekeeping was very thorough, and the room was always nice and neat! Parking was never a problem, and the front desk was always helpful.

They have Dish Network. It was raining heavily later in the day most days. The TV would go in and out, but nothing that I couldn't live with.

Great location close to Universal. Nice big room. There was one super nice gentleman working at breakfast.

We waited for the free shuttle to Universal for 25 mins, then got an uber. The fridge in our room was so cold, our food froze. It was a bit loud at night from the corridor because the doors don‘t fully shut, there‘s a gap at the bottom. Unfortunately, there were no dairy-free options at breakfast.

Room assigment, Room 600 should not be a room. Proximity to ice machine and elevator makes it a living hell all day long. Loud people arriving during late hours and early people rushing in the morning getting ice for the parks. Room temperature was very hot . No way to turn it down. You cant adjust using the wall or the ac unit controls. We slept with no comfort at 75 degress. On previous stays it was different and cheaper.

Great location. The one bedroom suite was ideal for a family of four . Walking distance to restaurants, great continental breakfast and friendly staff. Clean rooms .

The bathroom shower ceiling sat low and it didn't have a tub just a shower. My husband is 6'4 he just about fits lol. The pool area could use some upgrades. That's it really.

Loved the fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee machine in the room, which was spacious. The shower was fabulous too, a good jet stream going, I didn’t want to get out. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the inclusive breakfast very handy. What I was more chuffed about as a coffee-holic was the fact that there was free hot coffee in reception any time of the day or night with selection of milks or creamers. This was extremely welcome. The property is also a short drive away from my favourite shopping place, the Mall at Millenia (which has a Cheesecake Factory in it - double bonus)! Also the hotel was very accommodating when I arrived earlier than the official check in time, this was very much appreciated. The other thing that made my life easier was carts or bell boy type carts in the hotel foyer which made taking the luggage up to the room a breeze.

The only thing I really missed in the room was not having a chest of drawers for underwear etc, this did seem odd to me but maybe it’s a British thing. Also the area might not be suitable for some as near quite a busy road but for me this made getting places very easy.

clean, fresh towels everyday, breakfast was good, staff was great and helpful. It is a universal studios partner hotel with a dedicated staff and bus.

small rooms for a holiday hotel, might need more soundproofing, coffee is mid with a costa machine and there was no eggs today (coz of shortage) but totally understandable.

The check in process was extremely smooth. The proximity to Universal Studios Resort and food options made travel easier. The room was clean and we felt extremely safe compared to other places we have stayed in Orlando.

The parking lot is kind of small, so if you are coming in later in the day, you may have to park further away from the building. It is a little more expensive than other places we have stayed, but the quality of the room was better, so that justified it.
