Very comfortable room with a small kitchen. The room, kitchen, and bathroom were very clean. Laundry room, pet friendly, oversized parking. The front staff was very kind and helpful. Overall a nice quiet place to stay!

Stairways and hallway were kinda dirty, I believe many people actually live here and have pets ( not really an issue, just pointing it out). No breakfast, even though our booking included breakfast. There were 3 muffins on a table, no coffee or drinks...

The rooms where very quiet

They specifically told us it was a no smoking hotel, but my room smelled liked cigarettes, the hallways smelled like an ashtray and it just wasn’t very pleasant. You could tell people where clearly smoking in their rooms. The hallway also looked very foggy from smoke. It was a bit gross.

It was absolutely amazing I was having trouble I’m from out of town and came in very late the staff Maxine was so helpful so polite and patient and very knowledgeable about everything and helpful very. She got me and my children booked and squared away we got to the room and it was clean smelled good everything worked great. We had breakfast in the mornings and there is also onsite laundry, overall the stay is absolutely amazing and I’m about to book for three more nights because why not lol.

I like everything

Everything was just wonderful down to the staff making you feel like your family helpful when you need questions answer Lena superb she's a keeper the front desk will also wonderful helpful and everything with all my needs I had asked and shopping thank you so so much I will definitely be back if I'm in town.

Watching the laundry to me that seems to eat up a lot of usage as far as water but this shouldn't be a concern of mine I really don't have a complaint that was my only complaint of course breakfast sometimes if you don't feel like cooking drive cereal will be a big thing and helpful and toast.

Sandra the morning front desk clerk was absolutely amazing she was helpful so so nice every single time I needed help from her. Without her I don't think my stay would've been as pleasant. I have been in a lot of hotels and by far she is the best I've seen so far. I don't know if she'll ever see this but thank you Sandra for being a great person and a model employee. The breakfast could have been a bit more selective but that's about it.

We stay here on our annual hhn vacay. I love that it’s close to the park and I don’t have to mess with I4 if I don’t want to. We also love having a full fridge and freezer.

Our air conditioning unit wasn’t particularly powerful this time, but it’s usually fine.

I liked the location and the kindness of the staff. They never complained whenever I needed something or had a question. Was there for two weeks and they made it ever comfortable for me and my daughter. The room was very nice and clean so I definitely would recommend to others.

The staff were absolutely amazing! Very friendly and helpful.

The WiFi was terrible. You are forced to paid for an upgraded version and it was not very reliable. The walls are very thin, so I could hear the next door's TV at 4am in the morning. Since I was traveling from overseas and had jet lag, it wasn't a huge deal, but it would have been an issue without jet lag.
