The proximity to Universal Studios parks. The free shuttle leaves at 8am from hotel and returns from Universal at 5:30pm (2 trips daily, no shuttle to Disney or to airport). Parks are across the street but 30 minute walk to the entrance. Some nearby restaurants within 2 to 15 minute walk.

The free breakfast offered the same food for our entire 5 day stay. It was decent (egg patties, meat, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, bread, bananas and waffles, juice and coffee) but repetitive. Coffee is free for the entire day.

Our stay was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly and always eager to help, offering great recommendations on dining and activities for our free days. The hotel's central location made it easy to access all the theme parks, including SeaWorld and Universal Studios, as well as a variety of excellent restaurants. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay again!

However, the cleanliness of the hotel was subpar, which was disappointing. Additionally, the parking lot had several potholes, making parking difficult and potentially damaging to rental cars. These issues took away from the experience and should be addressed.

Clean spacious room, close to Universal, fast food stores in walking distance, coffee in lobby 7/24

Breakfast was very poor, no honey, butter in micro boxes, low quality bread and cakes. Shuttle departure 8:15 although it takes a few minutes to park which opens at 9:00am. There could be an additional shuttle for 9:00, only because of early shuttle i paid 30$ daily for parking. Free shuttle was useless for us because we don't want to wake up unnecessarily early.

Love that the free shuttle got us to Universal Studios before either of the park opened. So it was great for timing. I love that there were fast food options right at the parking lot of the hotel. There's Taco Bell, an IHOP, and a KFC that all practically shared the parking lot with the hotel. I love how close we were to the green line trolley that took us to the Premium Outlets. The staff were nice, their breakfast was ok. They had mini waffles, scrambled eggs and sausages, yogurt, sweet items like cupcakes and mini donuts, cereal and bread. There is a very small pool. The room was a good size. The washroom was ok. I love that I was able to buy something online and shipped it to the hotel.

The breakfast patties were often burned (like overly heated in the microwave that it becomes hard). Nothing exciting but will make the kiddies happy. There is no hot tub and the water in the small pool was too cold to swim in March spring break. The hotel still used small tiny tubes of toiletries instead of the refillable ones attached to the wall and the shampoo made my hair feel brittle. No shower gel, only small round bars of soap. The room/pillows had a funny cologne smell that made it really hard to ignore and fall asleep. But that smell went away the next night so that was ok...

Like always, clean, with free parking, a hot shower, and a nice hot breakfast. Beds are great and after a long day at the park I sleep like a baby! This is a must-have hotel while visiting the Universal parks!

During check-in, the lady was very strict about who should handle the card because my husband was using it to help me (like always) do the check-in. You can tell she didn't like that he was handling my card even tho I was there next to him. Rules are rules but a little more social and polite about should be appreciated! Especially after getting there at night with bags and small kids. Her finish line was here we do things the right way. We didn't say anything else after that, but we talked about it in the elevator 😳🙃

It was very clean, and the staff was nice. Great spot for Universal and all the shopping and restaurants in the area.

Some things (like the toilet, for example) could stand to be updated already. I'm not against companies employing those who don't speak English well. But, in the case of some staff, a lack of English knowledge did create some miscommunication at times. Nothing egregious, but some delays here and there, and not quite fulfilling the requests for extra towels as asked. Ultimately, no big deal, but it could've been a bigger headache under different circumstances.

The Hotel Location was perfect for all destination, the room itself was clean and nice. We stayed for 5 Nights and we do not have any issue with the room as we only sleep and rest at night after day tour.

The only thing that needs improvement is their Breakfast. During our 5 nights stay, the breakfast was the same everyday during our stay. If you plan to stay for 1 or 2 nights then it is fine....but more than than, then its an issue.

The location was very good and close to everything. The bed was very very comfortable and not too much noise in the hallways like the other location so I loved it. Breakfast was really nice also

When I checked in the toilet was clogged but the fixed it right away so that was good and I found hair on the bathroom floor and beer bottle covers underneath the table in the room.

The hotel has a very good location in the triangle of Int’l Airport – Cape Canaveral – St. Petersburg, close to I-4. The room was spacious and clean; the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the extra luggage rack in the room, as well as the coffee machine with free coffee bags. (However, the coffee made from the coffee bag was not a pleasure.)

The complimentary(?) breakfast was poor and repetitive. It was served with disposable plastic cutlery! Non-eco-friendly! The reception staff was hardly helpful. They could not answer our questions.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We were traveling for business and needed to print a document, the hotel supplied computer and printer were not working properly. So I went to the front desk and asked the night man( Peter) for help . He was so gracious and helpful and we were able to get the documents we required for our trip. The drink machines only took 1$ bills and I was able to get change for this and Peter made sure I got crisp 1’s because the machine wouldn’t take wrinkled ones. He was just very helpful pointing me to the drink machine that worked as well.

Breakfast was just ok. Limited choices and supply. Drink machines on 1st floor wouldn’t take money . Towels were “hard” , Very rough.
