Location was good for visiting Disney Springs. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a good view.

We arrived before check-in so we weren't given keys. We were directed to a counter nearby to get a "free gift," which turned out to be a really high-pressure sales pitch for Wyndham properties. After we escaped we went to Disney Springs, but my husband came back to the hotel early because he wasn't feeling well. It took multiple calls and me using my irritated voice before they let my husband, who, again, wasn't feeling well, into the room. I know you can set limits and uphold security without being unpleasant, because we'd just been staying at a Disney property where we saw it done. Especially for the price, there are options in better locations with much better service.

The view from our 16th floor window was spectacular and perfect for viewing Disney fireworks and the drone show at Disney Springs. Very walkable to Disney Springs as well.

We were texted and emailed to do a pre check in, which we did. It still took almost a half hour wait because our check in person (Lana) failed to ask a simple question. She typed and typed and then took our id and went into a back room. After waiting a bit we asked her trainee what was the problem. He checked with her, she came out and said that she was trying to find us a room with a King which is what we reserved. There was none yet available, would we take two queens? Of course we would, as long as we had the view. Had she asked that right away, she would have saved herself and us a good bit of time and frustration.

Third time staying here. We loved getting a disney view room in the tower section of the hotel. It was worth the little extra. The rooms were newer than the other sections of the hotel which was nice. Great water pressure from the shower. Walk to disney springs is why we always come back. The pool is great too. However, the bed was not good. Very lumpy mattress that sunk in...couldn't wait to be back in my own bed.

Mattress was lumpy and just felt super worn down. We found some crumbs when we walked in...could've used a better vacuum job. There's always some large conferences going on here, I swear, everytime we go. Obviously the convenience of disney springs attracts a lot of guests but sometimes those guests can affect your relaxation. This is not a quiet hotel but the walk to springs makes it all worth it.

The hotel is in an excellent location, a 5 minute walk to Disney Springs restaurants and shops and short drive to the parks. Transport to Disney is included, you have to book via a website and all the details are provided to you. There’s a buffet or off menu breakfast available in the main hotel with a great selection available including fresh made waffles and omelettes; burgers and other snacks were available in the poolside bar. There’s also a coffee place and a small shop in the lobby though we found the shop really expensive. There’s a separate bar down in the lobby where you can get some snacks in the evening as well. We were in the main hotel building on 19th floor and had a great view out over Disney Springs and some of the parks. Really quiet and very clean room, lots of space for clothes, luggage and so on. Pool area is great, lots of sun loungers and towels available, with 2 separate pools and a hot tub. Thé smoking area is outside the pool area down toward the lake. A duck had moved into the pool while we were there and regularly shouted at the guests who were too close and noisy - a highlight of the stay! We used the guest laundry which was really useful as we travel lighter and do a halfway wash. I think it was about $4.50 to wash and same for dryer. I’d highly recommend this hotel, it had everything we needed and we just asked if we had any questions - which was rare.

I requested an early check-in, and the hotel replied that I would be able to check in early upon availability. When I got to the hotel early to check in, the staff indicated I would receive a text when my room was ready. I ended up waiting 4+ hours in the lobby of the hotel for my room to be ready. I wish the staff would have been honest with me letting me know my room wouldn't be ready until after 4:00 pm so I could have done something like go to Disney Springs while waiting 4+ hours for my room to be ready. The plug in the bathroom did not work, and I wasn't able to blow dry my hair in the bathroom. There was only one other outlet that was accessible near a mirror for me to use in order to blow dry my hair.

The hotel was lovely, warm, welcoming. The staff was very helpful and nice. the fast service was the only fast service I could get working so much appreciated. walking distance to Disney springs was extremely wonderful. My bed was awesome, my son loved the smell of the hotel. the pool day we had was excellent. I loved it and will be back next year.

My sister who loves makeup did find that the lighting in the room /bathroom was to light. My only fault was no microwave, and we were not supposed to use the microwave downstairs for outside food, being a Caribbean person the portion sizes in the US was just too large for us so we had to do a lot of takeaways, which lead us to eating our food cold.

Great location. Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast (not included) on mezzanine level. Enjoyable Joffrey’s cafe and small market in lobby area. Staff is very friendly, nice, and helpful. Love the fridge in the room. Shower pressure is good and toiletries are nice.

My sink and tub faucet would not stop running. I tried all different positions and it just would not shut off. Towels are small. Wish there was a microwave in room. Housekeeping is extremely loud during the day so don’t expect a restful day off at the resort to sleep. Wish there were more food options available.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I appreciated the 'full-size' mini fridge. The location is within easy walking distance of Disney Springs. The pool was nice (except for the hot tub). Check-in and check-out were easy.

The shower curtain did not keep all the water in the shower and the floor got soaked anytime we took a shower. The hot tub was disgusting and people were letting their kids run and jump around in and out of it unsupervised. The staff had used a little too much 'sales pressure' with the coupons and whatever else they were trying to talk us into. We were only there for one night and already had a set itinerary.

It was so nice, I traveled with my son who had a work streaming meeting 3 days at another hotel it was nice and it was high class but we stayed here 2 more days and loved it more!! We love that they gave us what we asked and more , a room closer to lobby and elevator but also gave us one with a view of Disney Springs and was so close we could walk and the beds and pillows way more comfortable and the service was so much nicer!! And we try to come once or twice a year and stay in the Disney resorts and Universal hotels. We always wanted to stay here, but we never did. We couldn’t help but visit the kingdom and with it being a resort was amazing for the app. We really loved it.!!

Only that you didn’t have any plates or silverware? We ordered out and they forgot it so it would’ve been nice if you guys had something like that. But that’s the only negative thing I can say.

We had a great and easy stay in Wyndham Lake Buena Vista in July! It has very comfortable and clean rooms and it is one of the closest hotels to Disney Springs, which is great. The buses that go to the parks are very comfortable and convenient as well (there is a bus every hour to each park, you just have to make reservation in advance - we had no problem arriving before Magic hours time and going back from the parks was also very smooth, even after Magic kingdom and Epcot fireworks). I would stay here again!
