We recently stayed for a second time at Narooma Palms Holiday Apartments and had a fantastic experience. The location is excellent — quiet yet just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and the beautiful Wagonga inlet. It’s the perfect base for exploring Narooma and the surrounding areas. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a short stay, including a full kitchen, laundry facilities, and a spacious living area. The bed was cozy and it has off street parking. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend if you're after a convenient, comfortable place to stay in Narooma.

This two-bedroom apartment was perfect for our stay. While not directly on the beachfront, its excellent location made it easy to take a short walk to the beach or the golf club, and the CBD was just a quick drive away. The apartment itself was well-maintained, spotlessly clean, and spacious, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Michelle was very responsive and approachable, even accommodating an early check-in, which we truly appreciated. I would highly recommend Narooma Palms Holiday Apartments to my friends and colleagues!

A well stocked unit that made the perfect resting spot between adventures in the beautiful Narooma area. A lot of kitchen utensils which is nice when relying on making our own meals mostly. Cute little communal bbq area outside. Nice sized pool, although too cold for a long swim this time of Year. The views were the stand out of the property. Staying in the second level unit, the sun set over the water view was beautiful.

Nothing I didn’t like, but the unit itself is a bit dated (I personally love the bathroom feature tiles), so if you’re wanting a polished, high end luxury feel this isn’t the accomodation for you.

Staff is courteous, meticulous and very helpful. Before we arrived, Michelle was already messaging me for time of arrival details so that preparation of the apartment can be made for us. She had the lights turned on for us in the apartment in case we arrive late. Shortly after we arrived, there was strong wind gust at 59 km/hr which caused the balcony door to whistle and rattle. When called, she responded immediately and showed us another apartment with facing much less affected by the strong wind. We had good sleep. Thankful to Michelle for her help and support.

Great quiet location close to the centre of town, walking distance to a couple of great spots for coffee, pubs for evening meals, and a short walk to nearby beaches, and a short drive to a sheltered swimming beach when the waves are pounding. The host Michelle is super helpful, making it easy to check in, and our room was ready hours before check in time, which was really helpful when we arrived early. Michelle went above and beyond, when she contacted me after we'd left, having found my wallet that I had left behind, and express posted it to me.

Great views and perfect location ..close to beach, golf club, food and drinks. Michelle was a great host...very responsive and always ready to help.

Nothing to not like...the apt has had hints of refreshment with an original bathroom and kitchen. The price has been set appropriately for a good location.

The room and view was lovely, it's perfectly near the beach as well! The apartment also had a lovely kitchen and television to watch on! The owner was also really really friendly!

There was a spider but it was demolished soon.

We had the best time in Narooma! These apartments contain all you need to make your stay perfect. The cooking facilities are excellent, the beds comfy and the location ideal. Thanks to Michelle for her constant cheery presence and attention to detail.

Perfect in every way

Beautifully appointed and very clean unit on the 2nd floor. Very roomy with absolutely everything we needed. Walking distance to shops and resturants. Easy use of laundry facilities. Great size TV. We were happy with stairs but if you have an issue check with staff and request lower floor.

Location is very good being walking distance to cinema, restaurants, pub and cafe and very quiet being some way from the Princes Highway. Facilities were in good condition and very clean. Door code was set to a number I could remember easily. Pre-arrival sms from management was welcoming and clear, enabling contactless, any-time arrival and entry to room.
