This is a very nice hotel, made that way in large part by the team of people who work there. I was greeted on arrival by two of the folks, who turned out to be the front desk attendant and the breakfast chef. We had a very enjoyable conversation and the chef turned out to be an outstanding cook as well. Breakfast is a strong point for this hotel, including all of the standards and excellently prepared to order omelets. The only reservation was that the upper floor of the hotel common area was quite warm and, as a result, the rooms on that floor, at least mine, was as well. That won't, however, keep me from staying there again whenever I go to Crawfordsville. The location is great, with easy access to highways and services.

As noted above, the temperature in my room was uncomfortable even with the thermostat set down to 68.

We liked that they are dog-friendly. We also liked the breakfast. There were multiple options including an omelet station. The people in the reception were nice. Our room was pretty good and it was conveniently located at the end because we had to bring our dog out occasionally.

Very little to complain about. A trivial matter really, but there was no “DO NOT DISTURB” sign on that you can use when you don’t want your room cleaned.

The staff was great and friendly. The breakfast staff went above and beyond with our little kids who made multiple messes. The room was very clean and comfortable and the wifi was the best I have had in a hotel.

Our first room air conditioner was leaking, but they were able to switch us rooms no problem. The pool was freezing and they said they had no way to heat it.

We decided to stop here at the last minute after driving all day. I appreciated that we weren't charged extra for the dogs and that we had a safe comfortable place to sleep for the night. We didn't have the breakfast because we were meeting a friend for brunch, but everything was comfortable and pleasant.

Everything was great.

The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.

The closer on the entry door was way too strong, really had to push or pull to open it. There was a small amount or mold at the bottom of the shower. I wish the refrigerator had had a small freezer so we could refreeze our ice blocks that we use in the cooler.

The property was excellent. The pool was excellent. The cleanliness of the lobby in the bedrooms was excellent. The only thing that was negative was the bathroom showers was disgusting.

Bathrooms and showers needed a lot more attention for cleanliness. Everything else was a 10 out of 10.

The fresh omelets were amazing. Give the chef a raise, I'd come back to just have another one of them! Staff that checked us in and out were very professional and very friendly. My stay was a nice, bed very comfy. Location was very easy to get to and felt safe outside when walking the dog.

Electrical outlets lose, charging plug kept falling out. Hair dryer in room did not work. Grass area for pets needed to mowed. No big issues but since you asked.

I fell in my room. I was able to get to my phone and called the front desk. The nice lady and young man came and helped me and were very kind to me

As a handicapped senior, the bed was too high and the toilet stool too low. I had a lot of trouble getting up and down

There was no hallway noise, the a/c didn't blow directly on the bed (sometimes they do), the coffee was good, the breakfast was good, the gals at the desk were so sweet. I would stay here again.

Closer parking spot. Only two or three handicapped.

The staff were very kind and accommodating! The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! The pool was clean and just the right size for us and the kids to enjoy.

Everything was wonderful! It was a great overnight stay for our family. I do wish they had a hot tub too, but the pool was lots of fun.
