Exceptional staff that was ready to help with anything that we needed. The hotel was comfortable and had great value for money

Connectivity is a challenge. It is near impossible to get an Uber or Lyft. You might want to make your own arrangement for commute. There's only one rental car company (Enterprise) in the town, and even that is unwilling to drop the rental car at the hotel.

Everything nice overall. Suggestions: Pillows are HUGE! … far to big for a smaller person and uncomfortable…places neck in a crooked-up position. Lighter weight blanket would be nice…down comforter can be too hot. Would be nice to have towel bar in tub/shower. Only place to hang washcloth or towels was hook on back of bathroom door which are actually for hanging clothes.

Someone came in, on the floor above us maybe 1:00 that night and made noise for the rest of the night. Made it really hard to sleep. Also the curtains the dark out ones don't close just the shears so many lights came in the window I actually had to get a coat hanger with clips on it and clip the dark out curtains together over the shears to try to block out some of the light

Front desk staff was friendly and professional. The room was very clean. Lots of breakfast options! It was a great basic hotel to stop at while traveling.

We really had no complaints. It was basic, but truly, the cleanliness made up for that. There were some dings and scrapes on walls and doors... I mean, really nothing to even metion. I have stayed in some BEAUTIFUL rooms that were dirty. I would much rather opt for basic and clean.

Breakfast was excellent, they had a soup and salad bar for dinner the first night we were there. The hotel pool was clean and comfortable. The room was nice and inviting. Felt safe and secure in fact when there were tornado warnings in the area one night the staff called the room to let us know and invite us down to the bottom floor.

Bathtub was a little slow at draining water. Bed was comfortable but kept in the heat.

Bed was super comfortable. Room was very clean and the breakfast was great! I really appreciated the fact that sugar free hot chocolate was available. I know that's a minor detail, but I really appreciated it.

Wasn't anything I didn't like. It was a great stay.

Breakfast was excellent. A lot of choices & food was fresh & well prepared.

The bathtub floor didn’t have anti-slip strips to keep someone from falling. The sugar & cream packets for the coffee on the room had only 1 item each & 1 stir stick. Most people use 2 of each if they use these items in their drinks.

Access to the coffee early in the AM. Rooms were very clean. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was good and all I needed. Staff was friendly.

Shower or bathtub seemed a little slippery. We both were unsure of footing and wish we had handrails to hold. It did not diminish our experience.

The lady that checked us in on Friday was absolutely amazing! She was the phenomenal. The Breakfast on both mornings was really good! We enjoyed our visit and we will be back!❤️ Thank you!

The front desk woman was wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was a good selection.

Even though breakfast had a good selection, the woman who was supposed to be attending to it was outside smoking most of the time. Leaving the food to become room temperature and things to run out.
