Breakfast was very good, the staff were excellent. The young lady at the front desk went out of her way to get us a cab which was hard to do.

The music at the pool upon check in was so loud we couldn’t have a drink at the restaurant when waiting to check in. We understand it was carnaval so we figured that was the reason. Not complaining just a fact. Found taxis a challenge overall, then we learned there was Uber. Although slower than usual due to carnival traffic from the city.

Friendly helpful staff. Convenient location. Clean. Parking available on sight.

A bit noisy at night but our room was close to the outdoor pool so voices carried.

Apparently this is the best hotel in town (off of the beach)

Difficult to spot entranceway, smells like sewerage. Breakfast served late.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, I really liked the outdoor dining area. The room was spacious.

The grab bar in the bathroom is diagonal and hard to hold onto for a wheelchair user. A bar parallel to the floor would be better at 1 m high. Also, the electricity went out the last day we were there. But the staff was great about getting an extension cord and light and fan and things were quite comfortable.

The rooms are void of tissue, any type of glass to use . Had some construction going on so was noisy

The staff was super friendly and they’re red snapper fish was delicious!

The wheelchair accessible bathroom grab bar was diagonal and not horizontal and parallel with the floor. It made it a little tricky to use.

We liked that it was close to Pan American Hwy and close to stores and transportation. Also, if you like casinos there was one right next to hotel.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Everything is so striped down in the rooms. No glasses (would have been nice to have) no Kleenex, minimum towels

Very clean, excellent staff, good Panamanian breakfast, and the location feels safe.
