I cannot say enough about the staff. I have some mobility issues and was traveling with my two dachshunds. At every turn the staff was so kind and helpful. I had asked for a handicap room and noted that I was bringing the dogs. I was assigned a room right by the door leading to the pet area. They petted and loved on the dogs, rushed to open doors, helped me carry things, and on and on. Even when I said I could handle stuff, everyone I came in contact with insisted on helping. The room was great, the bed comfortable, and the location is right in the middle of everything.

Clean room and facility.

Booking.com and Marriott need to get their act together. I paid a premium rate of $190 for a nondestination property only to be hit with an additional $50 charge for my pet. This is an inflated rate by Marriott that should have been disclosed by Booking.com. I was locked into staying because of the nonrefundable situation...pathetic. No more booking.com and Marriott should be ashamed of the pet fee...there is nothing pet friendly about it.

Was very clean and quiet and staff was friendly and amazing and housekeeping was on point,stayed 2 nights and left the 2nd day to go hiking and came back and housekeeping cleaned and restocked like we had just got there,highly recommend!!!!5 stars

Need coffee out 24/7 and pool was shut down for awhile due to a kid pooping in the pool.

The hotel was clean and in the exact location I needed for my travel.

The AC unit in the room seemed more noisy than the typical hotel unit. The TV seemed very dim and I could not find the control to brighten it.

The breakfast offerings were great. Each morning, there were eggs, bacon/sausage, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, several flavors of yogurt, fresh fruit, a waffle station, cold cereal, juice, milk and coffee/tea all day. The staff was terrific. Caitlin and Cindy were so helpful! Our room was clean and the bed/pillows were so comfortable. There was a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room.

They had a pretty nice outdoor seating area in the back that was pretty private and was unexpected. Ample parking and rooms were in great condition and very clean overall. The breakfast was standard, but pretty good.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The property is very well maintained, very friendly staff and the room was well equipped and comfortable. Nice king bed and pillows!

Road sign and entrance was a little difficult to see

This hotel was the cleanest Marriott property that my wife and I have stayed. The hotel was immaculate. It seemed brand new. The staff were all very genuine, extremely kind and remarkably helpful without being patronizing. Every person on the staff smiled and greeted us professionally whenever we were walking through the lobby or the Cafe. WOW! What an incredible hotel.

I do not like that this hotel and staff are not everywhere that we travel. Can you please transplant them all.

Nice location close to Ohio University

Pool and main floor was under construction. Searched and paid extra for these amenities in comparison before booking, but did get to use them.

Great location, clean and comfortable facilities, and, while small, a solid breakfast! The staff was super friendly and the dark roast coffee didn't taste like hotel coffee. The parking spots were surprisingly spacious and it's a very easy 5 minute drive to campus.
