The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. When we showed up just five minutes before breakfast ended at 9:30, they kindly kept it open longer so our family could eat. They assured us it was no problem at all and even brought out fresh food to make sure we had a great breakfast. That kind of hospitality really stood out to us. We really appreciated the 12pm checkout and loved how spacious, clean, and comfortable our room was. Another big plus—the hotel is 100% non-smoking, so the air was fresh without any strong cleaner scents trying to mask odors. This will definitely be our new “go-to” hotel whenever we travel through Reno—such a great experience!

There wasn't anything we didn't like about this hotel.

Location. 5 minutes away from my appointment. Located in a business area so it is relatively quiet at night. Rooms are spacious with full size fridge and well equipped kitchen. I like to cook my own meals so this was a nice bonus. Bedroom is separate from living/ kitchen area. I like to be able to close a door for extra quiet. I appreciated having an on-site laundry that was clean. Breakfast and happy hour buffets were good. Healthy options to add to my meals. Quit charging for parking. I was able to check into my room early. After long day of air travel it was a kindness I needed.

Nothing. This is my go to place to stay in Reno.

first off this hotel is smaller but extremely quite and nice if you are in town not looking to be in the larger crowds. I have never heard of this hotel but we didn’t want to be bothered being in the city , we checked in and it was amazing. I will stay here every time I’m in Reno. Amazing staff , cool indoor pool , feels very safe in a great area. No lingering people on the streets or in the parking lot. I have to point out the manager I believe he was , I was leaving one morning and my baby needed a bottle and the water in our car was basically freezing , I went inside and asked one of the staff if they had a microwave she said no and then the guy said hey you can warm it up in my office! The mom in me was starting to panic because my baby needed a bottle and that gesture was so kind!! We need more people like him. I will come back next year forsure!

Smaller parking lot! Need a few more spaces , especially during the holidays like new years

Comfortable bed. Liked having a full size fridge. Breakfast was good. Appreciate a 12 cup Mr Coffee maker. Appreciate the staff booked me in a room which was mid hall, my booking request. Quiet pleasant stay.

The dishwasher silverware basket was broken. Made it hard to pull out lower rack of dishwasher. Not a big deal except when you are trying to get to dishes on lower rack. Kitchen floor appeared to not have been swept. Stayed at this Staybridge several times and this was the first time room wasn't exceptional clean.

Pleasant, roomy suite; comfortable king sized bed and pillows; convenient closet; good HVAC; nice big screen TVs. Kitchen was well-equipped. Nice shower. Did not use the pool, but looked good. The complimentary evening Social happy hour was great. Good service and hors d'oeuvres and free wine and beer.

No information about what to see or do in the area, such as restaurants, entertainment, transportation, etc. The free breakfast was a nice perk, but the food was just adequate. Service was great, however. Would have been nice to have a jacuzzi in the pool area.

The area was nice and peaceful, the room was large, and the staff was friendly. They had a pool, which my granddaughter loved, and a free buffet breakfast. They allowed dogs, which was important to us.

The room needed new carpet (or flooring would probably by more sanitary) and a new refrigerator. The walls definitely needed paint. The sofa was very uncomfortable.

This is a cost-effective hotel. It offers breakfast, is clean, and has a refrigerator and an induction stove. Although I’m not sure about the pool’s water temperature, there was a small pool available at this price. Considering the cost, it was a very satisfying place. On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, they provided free wine and light snacks during happy hour, which was an excellent service.

Did not have that much

We were in a one bedroom King. The layout was good and it was quiet since the bedroom was not next to the hall. The small kitchen area was nice to have even though we did not cook anything.

The only complaint that I had was that the picture of the property was misleading as it shows an outside area on the water. There is no water anywhere near this hotel. There were no towel racks in the bathroom so no place to hang hand towels. Ice was only available at the front desk.

Easy access to the property location. The suite of rooms were excellent - nice and clean, each bedroom had it’s own full bathroom and they were quiet. Because of the living room between the bedrooms, each couple had plenty of privacy and peace and quiet. The only drawback was the fold out bed/couch in the living room. It was a three inch thick mattress and horribly uncomfortable. Our upstairs resident was an inconsiderate jerk and romped all over making a load of noise till 3:30 in the morning. Not fun. I would recommend a top floor room to avoid such inconsiderate fellow travelers. Breakfast was okay- normal complimentary breakfast fare.

The fold out bed/couch was very uncomfortable. The mattress was maybe 3” inches thick and horrible.

The property was clean and well maintained. Customers service was great when needed something they were happy to help.

The pool was not heated kinda cold indoor pool sun can’t help heat it that was one of the main reason for booking here. But with that said I will book again when coming to Reno.
