The resort was, tidy and felt very safe and secure! The room was VERY clean! They give you a starter amenity kit that has dosh detergent, some dish washer soap, a couple soap bars, kitchen utensils, liens and towels. Think of it similar to a AirBNB. That’s essentially what this is like. A vocational townhouse rental. It felt spacious, and i LOVED having the stairs! I had the deluxe apartment. The only thing i wish they would offer is a option for jacuzzi tubs in the rooms, even as part of an upgrade. They do have outdoor ones but it was 34 degrees Fahrenheit outside during my stay.

The compound was gated and secure so while i felt safe inside the resort, the general area isn’t a great area far as safety goes. You’ll be fine if you’re in a vehicle at night or walk during daylight but at night it seems very sketchy.

We stayed in a two story 2 bedroom townhouse. It was very clean, comfortable and had almost all the necessities to be the perfect home away from home. The location was great. The property was clean and safe. Would definitely stay here again.

The spa jets did not work which was quite disappointing, also it listed a putting green and fitness room on the Booking site and there was neither which was also disappointing.

I liked that it was gated and has secure parking. The kitchen was truly a kitchen, and well stocked with utensils, pans and appliances. Our unit had a private patio which was also nice.

The only complaint I could make would be about the pillows. They were quite thin and uncomfortable but on the second night of our stay we found a few more in one of the closets so it wasn’t bad after that.

Well appointed, clean, secure. Centrally located for what we needed. Nicely landscaped and cared for. Maintenance was very responsive when requested.

Laundry had too many out of order appliances. Decks needed to be painted. 2nd unit rented (210) needed a good airing out.

It was great to have our own townhouse to ourselves, the pool was well taken care of as well. Was less expensive than a hotel, and much more convenient.

The queen size bed didn't seem super sturdy and the jets for the horrible didn't work.

Great little place for what we needed. Loved that we could cook and sit at a table. Overall great for the age of the property and I liked that I felt secure.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable The mattress is a very bad quality.

Beds weren't super comfortable. One bedroom door wouldn't close. TV in living room was small-ish.

This place is very nice. I will definitely stay here again when traveling to Sparks. Much nicer than staying in a hotel. To have at apartment with kitchen. And living room. Definitely a plus. Great location.
