Delightful staff at front desk and breakfast staff. They were able to meet any request I had! A room near the back door for ease of "moving in." A microwave for my coffee. I felt truly taken care of!

Nothing in control of the property or its owners. I just wish there had been some more green space. But my pup and I just drove a little ways and found a great hike.

The location was perfect, close to the freeway (but not too noisy) and close to all the shopping and attractions. The free breakfast was awesome, way better than just your average continental breakfast

The breakfast could’ve ran a little later for people that like to sleep in while on vacation. The pool was freezing, would have been nice if it was a little warmer

They didn't disclose online the pool wasn't able to be used and there was no hot tub. I would of booked elsewhere had I known.

Breakfast was fine - good enough for complimentary. The biscuits and gravy was yummy.

The pool was cold (which I guess is nice during the day, but it wasn't in the evening). But it wasn't a huge deal.

Wish breakfast had at least dairy free options, like almond milk. Hard boiled eggs instead of powdered scrambled. Gluten free options would be nice too.

Clean and quiet little hotel near the Nugget Casino and other downtown attractions. Even though it is pet friendly, the room did not smell and everything was very clean.

The inn is located near lots of shops and restaurants - even a movie theatre. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and offered to upgrade me for free.

My room was a bit dark, facing the pool building.

This is my hotel of choice when I need to stay in Sparks, NV. It's always clean and the breakfast is always good.

Nothing to not like

When I checked in there no reservation on file. Withat this location MASSIVE help from Larry, my reservation was found under my first name instead last name. Larry is a very excellent example of why we stay at this location!

lighting in the bathroom could be better. not enough light.
