Front desk gal was incredibly kind and very accommodating to my needs. The price was fantastic with easy access to interstate, medical, and food establishments. The suite was perfect. Up to date decor, comfortable linens, and the perfect size.

Oddly, the bathroom exhaust fan made a clanking noise throughout the night. As if it had a flap that kept opening and closing. It was insanely windy that night, but being on the 1st floor, I didn't think that would affect the exhaust fan. The hotel is pet friendly, which is awesome, but someone had left what sounded like a large breed dog in their room that barked essesivly for about an hour. No front desk associate at check out to mention the exhaust fan to was another disappointment.

Great staff. Very helpful. Dizzy was awesome! We realized that we left our purse in the room about an hour after leaving. We called and she went to the room and found and kept it in the office for us. We returned, and our plans had been altered. She offered to put us up for a discounted rate. Wonderful service and professionalism

The two things that I would have liked to have in the room already, rather than making it an extra charge, are: 1. Soap and shampoo. 2. A drinking cup--disposable would be fine.

Depending on what room you stay in. If your near housekeeping then you'll hear doors slam during the day but it's quite at night.

My hotel was comfortable. I like the kitchen. Wish the elevator was also at the ends of the wings but the stares are good exercise.

Too bad people don't pick up after their dogs but that's not the hotel's fault.

It was conveniently located to my family. It was clean. it was bare bones minimum but we only needed to sleep there.

the hotel was doggy friendly and I appreciated that. However the places where the dogs could do their business was dirty as people were not picking up after their dogs. Also my dog will only go on grass. So we had to get up early and get out so we could drive and find a park. The air conditioner was loud and occasionally that was just intermittent high pitch noise. So we didn’t sleep very well. the mattress was on a wire frame so the bed was hard.

Kitchen was not fully furnished with pots, pans and dishes. Would like to have known that before booking room. Had to take out trash to dumpster Checking in after hours was cumbersome No hairdryer or iron in the room

Darkening window curtains as window was on outside which was well lite. We also had a handicapped bathroom but with no lip on shower entrance and shower curtain that was too short water splattered onto the floor which made for a slippery surface as you excited.

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean facility and great location.

I did appreciate how clean our room was, but there was a strong smell of cleaning chemicals that lingered for a few hours after check in. Neighbors were also very noisy late at night and early morning.

The elevator stop working. My sister has breathing problems and the steps were to much for her and my 70 year old friend.
