The hotel was conveniently located near the freeway and was easy to access from the freeway. The event I had to attend was in Fallon, NV. so I had to travel an hour each way every day. Breakfast was good. On day, 2 the hardboiled eggs were a little rubbery as I think they were overcooked. The staff even responded to my text to empty my trash on day 2 and they also brought extra towels. There was hot, fresh coffee in the lobby 24/7. The check-in clerk also gave me 2 complimentary bottles of water for my stay.

The ice machine on my floor (4th floor) was out of order so it might have been nice to have an ice machine that was available.

We accidentally ended up at the Reno location before we made it to the Reno-Sparks location. Kind of liked the first location better. More “out of the way” and not so crowded by so many other buildings. Kind of pricey for one night. But, we LOVED the lake view and King suite was bigger than we planned on getting. We were surprised and pleased with it! The complimentary brunch was delicious! Wished we could’ve stayed longer.

I was pleasantly surprised that the breakfast was really good. No "plastic wrapped" danish rolls. There was an egg white omelet/frittata item that was delicious. No canned fruit. FRESH fruit. The coffee was of high quality. The buffet/serving area was hospital clean.

I did not like the low quality toilet paper. It was the kind that is in messy gas station bathrooms. The bathtub bottom was quite slippery. I asked the staff if I could get a non-sllip matt, and they quickly gave me one. The staff was excellent.

The location is very good, out of the fray of Reno and across the street from a large mall with restaurants and other services. The room and the public areas were very clean, and everything functioned well. We left very early so didn't try the breakfast.

The reception was a little gruff, but efficient. We would have liked a restaurant onsite, but there were good meal options in the large mall across the street.

Excellent stay. The room was clean and spacious. Went to the gym, which was also clean and equipment seemed new. The location is close walking distance to shops nearby and a nice walking loop around the Sparks Marina Park and close to the Water Bar Restaurant (great food and drinks). Its perfect if you dont want to stay in a Casino.

Not much to complain about, but if I had to, it would be lack of space in the breakfast area. I found a seat but it was packed when I went. Not a big deal. I found a seat eventually.

The hotel was new, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was delicious!

The one man that worked in the lobby was not helpful and very rude. We were very disappointed at the billing. One day is one rate and the next its another. We found it to be expensive and for that reason we probably will not stay there again.

For just me; I use more wash cloths and needed to ask for more and trash cans are too small. Maybe use medium size But I’m a clean freak😊 Pillows that don’t go flat when you lay on them.

I love this place! View of the marina, plus nice walking around the Marina. You can walk to mall and movies. The hotel is newer and very comfortable. It's located in a safe area of town.

The hotel is a bit tricky to get to several roads and roundabouts to turn onto.

We booked with the idea of having a back to school shopping trip with our teenagers and spending a day at the water park, and this is the perfect hotel for that. Next time we come to Reno I think we'll do the same thing--much better than staying in the casinos. No smoking, no depressing slot machines anywhere. Nice, quiet hotel. The workout room is great, and the snack bar area with drinks, chips, snacks, ice creams, breakfast items to buy & a microwave is really convenient. The ability to just walk over to the outlets is awesome. Great fancy restaurant on the water a short walk from the hotel. I might bring my dog next time, as there's a good path for walking and a little lawn out front.

There was a little bit of jockeying for the charger with the electric car on the busiest night, but it mostly worked out. They're going to need to add more chargers, and a supercharger obviously would be really nice.

Easy check in. Christmas Eve. Quiet evening. We asked if there were rooms with any view and they put us in a fourth floor overlooking the lake and marina with the mountains in the back ground. The lights on the lake and marina were beautiful all night but waking up Christmas morning to the sun hitting the snowcapped peaks of the mountain range to the west was beyond spectacular. Ask for a west facing room, forth floor if possible. Sparks is just to the east of Reno and well worth being a few minutes out of town.

all was typical Hampton good.
