I liked the room, the breakfast, and the parking lot on site.

When I checked in, I was charged a $20 USD deposit. I was told I was going to get a refund when I checkout. The next morning, on Sep 15, the front desk lady refused to give me my refund and my receipt, stated I was going to get it later. She had BAD attitude. Days after, I received my bank statement, and I saw a charge of $5.00 USD. I emailed them to ask them about it, and to this day I still have not received any reply. Looks like they do hidden charges.

Everything was great. Was looking forward to the bacon as seen in the picture but there was just two kinds of sausage, no bacon. The omelets were very good, as were the cinnamon rolls.

Having to pay the five dollars parking fee. It wasn’t the amount it was the idea of having to pay to park at a hotel that I am already paying a a fair amount to stay at. It would definitely be a consideration when looking for a hotel in the area again. It had a feeling of being squeezed for just a little more which leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

This facility was amazing. We have stayed in many hotels, and the Holiday Inn Express gets a 9+. We were extremely pleased with the staff, the room, the breakfast, and the location. The only minus was hall carpets on our floor weren't clean, however you could clearly see the staff work very hard keeping this hotel clean and ready for guest. Thank you also for the infused water and delicious chocolate chip cookies. I am ordering the pillows.

Guest down the hall loud, slamming doors, fighting. Kept us up most of the night.

Upon arriving at the hotel, there was loads of free parking available. The usual standard of having free snacks, tea, and coffee was available in the lobby. The laundry and essentials kiosk are very handy to have on site. Our room was great, very clean, with comfortable beds, blackout curtains, coffee machine, everything was great! Decent selection for breakfast in the morning! Only stayed one night, and it was very pleasant. Won't comment on the price, as it was in the few days before Burning Man, so there were very limited options in town for accommodation anyway!

The customer service was not the best, very unenthusiastic check-in made us feel like we were an inconvenience, we tried to ask if where we were parked was the easiest location to get to our room due to multiple entrances to the building, the person serving us literally had no idea what we were talking about. I also went to reception and asked for a couple of spoons so that we could eat some snacks in our room, again I was treated like I was an inconvenience.

Very good breakfast buffet with hard working staff. Room was very clean with an abundant of towels in the bathroom.

The only thing that was negative was the lack lighting in the room. There art only two small bedside lights and that’s it for the whole bedroom. I had to use my cellphone light to see on the other side of the room near he tv and closet safe. Please install an overhead light of have additional table lights to eliminate the rest of room.

Hotel was very updated, clean, and smelled fresh. This was my best breakfast experience at a Holiday Inn Express. The hot food options were above average! There was bacon (perfectly cooked, not just thin and crumbly like other locations) and turkey sausage, a much appreciated option since the rest of the family doesn’t eat pork. Also, the omelet options of cheese and veggie was nice, since some of the family have non dairy diets. Lastly, they also offered waffles and pancakes…nice!

We missed the fresh baked complimentary cookies offered from 4-7 pm, because we checked in just after 7pm. There is not too much around this hotel, but we had a car so it wasn’t a problem.

Everything was great...except the price. I think $215 per night is too much. However, I needed a late check-out and they graciously agreed to that. Very helpful to me! Breakfast was good.

The price. The airport shuttle stops at 10pm. My plane arrived too late for that so I had to pay for a taxi to the hotel ($15).

Clean, modern, spacious room. There's a nice walking trail along the river to downtown Napa. Breakfast, though not very appetizing, is available early.

Unsuspected $15 per night parking fee. Aloof personnel at the front desk. Housekeeping must be requested. Laundry room washing machines don't take coins; one must download an "app".

Friendly staff, very clean room and great shower. The bathroom was stocked with Dove products so we didn’t have to unpack too much as we were flying out early the next morning.

The bed was too hard and the pillows were too soft. For what we paid for the night I expected the bed to be more comfortable.

room is decent . microwave included. they provide Dove shampoo, conditioner, shower gel , hand soap and even lotion .

still see a lots of hairs in bathroom and some pillows are smell like someone already used . for sure they didn’t change the cover
