I liked how it was well kept. Plenty of things to do from the arcade , watching the little performances, casino , a few stores/gift shops, plenty of food options , food court for a quick bite, and restaurants. Really liked how the hotels were connected on top but you can pass through all of them through downstairs and having a short walk outside.

Only complaint I have is the smoking of cigarettes inside the property where their are families / kids / pregnant women / non smokers etc that have to endure the second hand smoke and the smell, which is a bit overwhelming.

The room was very nice and updated. Room was very clean. We really enjoyed the window view. The halls were quiet.

The bridge cat walk from the hotel to circus circus was dirty with trash. There was a family that looked homeless, sitting on the floor that had left trash and belongings on the ground. The food court above the kids zone was uncomfortable to order food from. There were alot of teens dressed like thugs standing around bullying people to buy them pizza or food. One came up to me asking for money. My husband seen the interaction from across the room and came over to stand with me to wait for the food to be ready.

Location is good for walking around the area, in particular the car museum. Every thing you could possibly want was under one roof.

Arrived at our room to find the coffee maker did not work, there was no tv remote or bath mat. Dust bunnies littered the carpet and candy wrappers were under the couch. Went down to the front desk when we were stepping out for the day and itemised our concerns. On our return, noted the coffee maker had been replaced, bath mat in place, candy wrappers were gone...dust bunnies still present and no remote. Contacted the desk and a staff member turned up with a selection of remotes..fixed. Next day our room was not made up, as a consequence we had no coffee, requested some from the front desk again and delivered by staff.

We stayed in the newer tower away from the casino. The beds were very comfortable and room was very spacious and clean. I requested for a high floor room and was assigned one of the top floors which had a great view of the downtown.

The parking was a bit hard to figure out as we parked across the street from the casino, waited in line to check in to find out our room was in the other hotel tower across the casino. We drove around the block several times to find exactly where the parking garage was for that tower. Then from the parking to the room was a bit of a walk.

Check in and Bell desk staff were pleasant and efficient. They gave me a choice of low or high floor for my room, I chose high and it had a nice view. There's a $10 early check-in fee but you can leave your bag at the Bell desk for no charge. King size bed was very comfortable and with ample pillows. The room also had a chaise lounge for lounging and reading and someone could have slept on it in a pinch. Had the usual Keurig coffee maker and the bathroom had pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. It was very quiet. The free shuttle driver leaves every half hour and was there and waiting at 5AM and was pleasant. I like that you can walk from the Circus Circus through the Silver Legacy to the El Dorado without going outside. They each have their own decor and vibe and it gives you plenty of shops and restaurants to browse and choose from. I paid a total of $86 for the room, taxes and all included, which I thought was a great value for the room and the experience. I'm not a gambler so I spent $10 on the slot machines for fun and the experience of it and then had a burger and a beer at the Brew Brothers during thier happy hour, 2 - 5 PM. $8.99 for the burger and $7.99 for a 22 oz, beer. Both were very good and it was my kind of place. There's a food court much like in a mall with very reasonably priced food and the restaurants had a variety of foods and price ranges from quite reasonable to fairly expensive. All in all a great stay and would happily stay there again. In fact I'm looking forward to it.

The paint in the hotel hallways and room could use a little touch-up here and there but that seems pretty typical in this class of hotel.

The location was great! We had a nice view from the 19th floor. Really comfy beds and pillows! oh my goodness, I wanted to take the pillow home with me! It was really quiet too, not once did we hear any noise from our neighbors or in the hallway. The room was a non smoking room and yet it smelled of cigarettes when we arrived, I immediately called the front desk and they sent maintenance up who handled it. what ever it was they used, it completely eliminated the odor! Staff was very friendly and welcoming. One young lady in particular named JADE, was sooo helpful and kind! My fiancé had to cancel plans to come, so I brought my sister with me and JADE was able to switch our room to a double queen, from a king and put us on a floor that was easy for us to catch our early morning UBER from, to the air show! So Kudo's to JADE a million times over! She made our 3 night stay absolutely PERFECT! 🥰

The only complaint I could think of is the lighting in the bathroom is very dim and we were not able to put our makeup on in there. Also, there is no microwave in the room. That was disappointing, but it's honestly the only things I can think of.

Everything was amazing, the only minor thing is it's a long walk from building to building. We stayed at the sky tower. Beautiful location, quiet, clean and comfortable. Just a long walk to our room from the main tower. The price was awesome, just make sure you grab everything you need if you will be walking around a lot. Your room is a hike.

Long walk to the room. Also don't take the elevator from the sky tower to the lobby, it looks very scary and takes you to the deserted part of the hotel. We did that during the day, we never did that again. It would be scary at night.

room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful ,check in was great and so was check out, we were allowed to pay a small fee for an early check in which we appreciated daughter had fun in the midway there and once we figured out which was the correct parking it was easy in and out view from room was nice as well could see a good part of reno and the surrounding area and other hotels. our room was on 15th floor

a few dirty spots on one of the beds on the main sheet you sleep on along with hair on the same bed. Smelled cigarette smoke the entire night in my room and it was making me sick not sure if someone near me was smoking or if it was coming through the vents from outside or the casino or what but really bad smelling

I felt safe. Lots of security! Staff was wonderful and so very kind! I fractured my foot and knee and there was so much walking! Just from one place to the next! A very nice man in concierge told me about scooters that the hotel had! What a blessing! I ran into several people who had injuries, and told them about this wonderful service that you provided me! I would have missed a lot! My only suggestion is to advertise that service because so many, including me had no idea that you offered that! Reno has gotten really rough since I was last there! But in this hotel, I felt like you kept people from experiencing the world outside. It was very safe! The food was wonderful! Huge portions! So many places to choose from! Entertainment was wonderful! Loved listening to music and watching the shows!

I wish that you had a pool! It would make it perfect! It would be easier if there was a better way the hotels connected to use that service. It was so hot when we were there that it would have been nice to use.

For the price you pay I think this is a great hotel. The room was clean, comfy, and modern. It’s well located and attached to the other casinos. I also found the staff helpful and the hotel overall willing to be accommodating.

The one thing I didn’t like is I was put in the sky tower so I had to carry my two big suitcases by myself across a big distance (with at least two sets of stairs) to get to the tower and elevators my room was in. I learned for my next visit that you can request (and potentially pay a bit more) to be in the tower where reception is.
