Everything was great! Room was clean, facilities were well maintained and we had everything we needed at our fingertips. Overall it was a great stay! I was very pleased.
One of the people in the pool area told my kids to get towels out of the dirty bin rather than going behind the counter to get them clean ones. I found this to be very unprofessional. The 2nd person they asked was much more helpful.

We were there during Hot August Nights, so you should be prepared to put your patience hat on and go with the flo. Staff did the best they could for us including valet parking. Check-in person was nice and helpful and to my surprise the line to check in had one person, so that was nice. Our room was clean we got there late so room choice was limited got a view of the parking lot. lol
Smoking!!!! We did have to call front desk and let them know our room smelled a little like smoke just so they knew it wasn't us. long wait for eating at cafe. But then again it was Hot August Nights.

We always loved the hospitality of the rooms. We never had any issues with the service provided as well. James is always super helpful and makes sure we enjoy our night stay. We truly appreciate him and the graveyard shift for allowing us to stay later than our checkout time this time due to arriving to the property super late. They truly are the reflection of what Nugget Customer Service has to offer and we are so grateful for their hard work in customer service. Thank you James and Graveyard shift it’s always a pleasure working with you guys. You guys truly make this overnight stay an immaculate one. Thank you again. We love Nugget!!!
Nothing to dislike. They’re all so great and ensure the safety of our stay

We were celebrating our 20th wedding an and they upgraded our room to a suite, for free. It was quite nice. We very much appreciated and enjoyed the room. I felt like this place was great. We had a lot of people trying to talk us out of it prior to arriving. The indoor pool and hot tub area was amazing. The gym was beautiful. The bathrooms were nice and clean. They had beverage machine machines throughout the facility. I felt like they had a really great options as far as slot machine, machines, and such. There were four different restaurants as well as a Starbucks within the facility. I will say, though I was disappointed I paid twice the cost of what a drink would be at a local Starbucks. What would normally cost me about six dollars cost me over 11. The pizza at the island Grill was amazing. Highly recommend! And we also enjoyed a really nice dinner at Rosie’s. That was very budget friendly. It was very nice. In my opinion, the best part of it was the arcade was quite affordable, in comparison to other arcades. It was a quarter per credit so if you paid $10 you got 40 credits it was very reasonable. The machines were at max 4 credits, but there were many that were only one or two credits. Our kids had a good time.
I wanna preface by saying I have a broken foot. They didn’t have any luggage carts, which made it a lot harder to carry our luggage to and from the car. As our room was all the way across the entire casino. It was a bit painful for me. On the first night, we did call down to the front desk, housekeeping and one other location, to see about getting another blanket. We did not get an answer. We made five different phone calls not one line was answered. We also found a cockroach in our room, which wasn’t the best. We were over looking a train yard, which wasn’t a big deal. But it was running all night long. Lots of banging and noise keeping us up at night. Not a deal breaker, but wasn’t great.

I liked this property for its spacious room and the many activities available, such as the arcade and indoor pool, which featured a nice waterfall and hot tub.
The only thing I didn't like was their Rosie's Cafe inside the building; it was a bad experience. First, our food didn't come out until way late, and when it did, the food was cold or dry. Plus, my mother had onion rings on the side that weren't even cooked all the way. Luckily, they were nice enough not to charge us for the food we didn't enjoy. However, I probably won't eat there again unless they fix the issues I listed above.

Older casino hotel, but AMAZINGLY comfortable. Super clean including the lobby and registration desk. The bed was amazing. The bathroom was exceptionally large and well laid out. The TV and remote worked great. Room service was incredible. We're going to return just for the desserts. It was so convenient that Starbucks was in the lobby AND used mobile order!! I have to say my expectations weren't remarkably high. I've had some sketchy hotel experiences in Reno and haven't been there in a long while. I will stay longer next time. My husband and I felt cheated that we were only staying one night.
Our Starbucks order was exactly $10 more than we normally pay on "the outside." Yes, that's expensive, but it's only an elevator ride away. You can't beat that especially the morning before a long drive home.

Great location very close to alot of places to eat if you plan on eating elsewhere, it's down the street from the shopping outlets which was very convenient
My only complaint is Shane at the horseshoe bar was very rude he tried to tell my wife that the $27 she had remaining in the slot machine at the bar was not enough to comp her drinks while the gentleman next to us had less than $5 in his machine and he handed him 2 modelos in a span of 5 minutes and everyone who had mixed drinks had theirs in a nice glass cup while he gave my wife her cosmo in a plastic cup (plenty of clean cups near him) skywalk arcade can also use an update

I love that the place is always clean and smells the same. The pool was warm and clean. The food was good at the restaurant. Overall, just like staying at the Nugget. The parking is great, so easy to find a spot and not too far of a walk. We stayed on the other side this time that was close to the parking garage and the rooms were just as nice.
I don't like how you have to request housekeeping still, it was sometimes hard to get ahold of housekeeping to exchange your used towels for clean ones and to get rid of the trash. I hate how expensive the restaraunt and Starbucks are and how there is smoking all throughout the casino but that's just a given I guess.

All the staff work extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel very comfortable there.. the food at the restaurant was delicious. All the bartending staff work so awesome and the servers cocktail waitresses were fabulous.
Really need another cafe or something that's open every day 24 hours because we couldn't get into Rosie's that was very disappointing and you definitely need more help in that restaurant a hostess and maybe more servers I would suppose if they looked very overwhelmed. We never could eat inside the restaurant because it was nobody to wait on us. You're elevators need to be cleaned a little more.

The staff was friendly. I passed housekeeping in the hall and was greeted with a "good morning." We used valet parking and is was smooth and convenient. Even used bell hop service for our luggage so we didn't have to haul it through the casino. Very smooth and easy process.
Couldn't get the coffee maker to work. Put water and the pod in, power came on but it would not heat. Possibly operator error??? Not a big deal. Ended up going down to Rosie's cafe and got a delicious cup of coffee and a muffin. Everyone there was also eceptional.
