Love the location right next to Sparks marina where you can walk around the lake. Good big room with full kitchen including big fridge as it is an Extended Stay. Pet friendly. Clean and comfy. Everything worked. Got a really good price through Booking.com Close to nice coffee shop and restaurant on the lake. Near chain restaurants and big mall if you prefer that; and just off Interstate 80, but never heard freeway noise.

Many people (guests and staff?) smoking right outside the front door and in parking lot so I had to run a gauntlet of cigarrete smoke that made coming and going very unpleasant. I complained to staff and they just shrugged their shoulders. At a non smoking facility!!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised. While needing a place to stay overnight. Near I80 and reasonably priced. Although I paid extra in advance for a king room, I was assigned a room with 2 queens when I checked in. I was tired and didn’t want the hassle so we accepted what we got. The room was great however. Spacious and very clean. Stove, which we didn’t use, and a full size refrigerator. Pet fee was $27. Complimentary breakfast was minimal. Yogurt, mini muffins and some fruit. Although the staff was very busy when I checked in they were friendly

I felt the breakfast could have had a better variety.

Breakfast is quite simple, but doable for a day or two. Staff is awesome. They greeted us whenever we came in and said have a great day when we departed. Also they took care of all of our requests with a smile. Overall the facility is clean and they seem to take pride in their work. Nice to see that.

The cleanliness of the floor upon arrival was a little lacking. We told the front desk who had the room recleaned when we went out. It was attended to our satisfaction. The only other issue in room 411 was the buzzing noise from the air conditioner/fan that was on/off periodically throughout the night.

Clean, good sized rooms, with all facilities, fridge, freezer, microwave. Positioned well just of the freeway and close to shopping and vast food selections. It’s position next to Sparks Marina Lake Park made my morning walk lovely. Staff were welcoming and very helpful both on check in and for other supports, laundry and gym which we both used. Breakfast was simple, yoghurt, granola bars, oatmeal options, fruit or coffee but all we needed.

Laundry is only card operated and several machines had errors with the card machine. A non issue for me as it wasn’t busy but imagine that could be an issue if it was.

The room was clean and very comfortable.

The elevator was broken on my first day. I was on the second floor and explained that I have heart disease and climbing stairs were difficult. They told me I could have a refund and did not offer any other help. The last day I was there there was loud noises at 5.30 in the morning like there was work going on. Woke me up.

This is a newly opened hotel and was really clean. It has great parking and allows pets for a $25 dollar fee. It is right off a major road and has easy access to US 375. Marilyn at the desk was helpful and kept things organized. This property is in a safe area with multiple fast food places within walking distance. I would stay again.

We had a bit of trouble with the heater in the room. I think it was a construction issue since the property had only been open a week or so. I am sure itis fixed now.

I really like that we got non-smoking rooms. I also really liked that the maid service did not happen for the days we were there. And finally, I liked that stair access was very convenient.

There always seemed to be a few people hanging around the parking lot smoking. Not sure what they were doing, but it was a little unnerving.

Check in staff was friendly. I like that the pillow cases have seamless zippers. No carpet on the floor does make the room louder, but it feels a lot cleaner than carpet. Good tradeoff.

Location not great for late night dog potty walks. Not much grass, which makes sense for the climate.

The people were very nice. I accidentally left my key in my room and had no problem getting another one. A couple o times I came in late and they were very nice and helpful letting me in. They were really nice at the front desk, always making me feel welcome.

The breakfast wasn't great, but that wasn't a big priority to me.

Great location, well maintained newer facility, extremely competent and welcoming staff. Nice room - spacious. We particularly like the proximity to Marina Lake with walking paths and wildlife - a real oasis in the midst of urban sprawl.

Breakfast was rather sterile and corporate - everything packaged, limited choice. Still, they didn’t need to offer anything!
