It is located 5min by car out of the city of Mytikas, opposite Kalamos island.The area is full of camping sites and ideal for peace and quiet. The beach is ok, but stronlgy suggest to explore all the small gulfs before and after mytikas,access is easy even for families. The room was cleaned everyday, but we requested every 3 days when the linen was changed. They also have a lovely restaurant/bar by the pools open for lunch and dinner with room service available upo request(i.e. be CAREFUL there is nothing to eat within walking distance,as restaurants in Mytikas close for siesta even during high season, but there is a supermarket to pick up things in Mytikas).For peace and privacy suggest to book a room with a side sea view, same view but without the day+night pool noise from kids and people, restaurant. Extra cost for dog, which was reasonable + they set everyday a table for us outside the reastaurant to sit with the dog. Breakfast is really nice and everyday of a different variety. Extremely nice orientation and wonderful view to the sea from all angles if you book a room with a balkony.The also have a small dock to rent a boat to go to Kalamos(without a motorboat license) or they can take you there, reasonably priced and located at the beach of the hotel. Would stay there again or in Palairos where you have more options(stay/eat/drink/activities).

Kitchen was ok for 2 people, but the cooker hood wasnt working and needed cleaning as well. 1-2 staff people were extremely rude when we asked for a lighter and a waiter's corkscrew, dont know why such people still have work....they should be fired. Believe rooms need to be described better in booking to provide clarity

Amazing location! The infinity pool overlooking the sea and the island of Kastos is the best place to sit and relax your body & mind. The staff is welcoming and attentive to our every need. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped and they offer a more private view of the sea and the surroundings. Just stay and watch the sunset, fill your life with color. I wish I could stay a lot more, it already feels like home. It’s the owners that make you feel treasured and heard. Thanks for everything

Nice pool and value for money restaurant. Comfy big apartments with two separate rooms and fully equipped. For a hotel on the sea with nice pool I believe I got a good price getting the booking.com discount.

Sea was a bit dirty and beach under the hotel was very small. Our room was a bit far from pool and our 5y old struggled in the uphill to reach the room. Service in restaurant was slow. Cleaning ladies did not do a good job and bathroom was a bit smelly. Minor things for us though. If cleaning ladies did a better job and service was faster I would give it a 9.

Thesmos is a wonderful place to stay, would have got a 10 except for location. Staff are extremely welcoming friendly and helpful. We had a villa on the second floor and the views looking across to Mytikas outstanding. Rooms are large, comfortable, plenty of light with security and fly screens. Whole complex is kept very clean and pool area to die for with an infinity pool. You can order snacks and drinks around the pool, there is also a restaurant for food at night. Whole complex is very well designed and would definitely go back.

Location. You do need a car to get around as complex is a long way to walk from main village

The infinity pool was lovely, the restaurant served tasty food and beautiful views across the Ionian sea.

The room felt very clinical, and this seems to be the only place in Greece that doesn't serve olives!

Quiet location, directly at the sea with beautiful views. Perfect, if you want to rent a boat which can be directly done from the front desk. Clean, large rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel beach is very small , but a larger one is within walking distance (5min)

The view from and across the infinity pool to the sea and islands was outstanding and unexpected. There was a great range of choices for breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful.

So peaceful and relaxing area. Beautiful site with nice snacks bar which serves excellent dishes. Plenty parking spaces, quiet beach and helpful staff. Apartment was very spacious and comfortable, bed and pillows simply exceptional (generallyin hotel's pillows are uncomfortable or to big or to soft, flat...etc.). Breakfast is very good.

Breakfast could be served earlier. 8AM is generalized in Greece but I prefer earlier. Ofcourse it's just a personal point of view.

The view from terrace, the pool area, the staff, food, service, everything was excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nothing major that cannot be ignored or easily fixed.
