Location is a little outside the center (which we know at reservation) . Access by car is easy, accommodation can be found immediately. The receptionist is friendly, he shows us the rooms. The rooms are clean, cozy and comfortable. The roof terrace is beautiful with a wonderful view of palm trees. The breakfast was very good, at our request, made earlier than usual, as we were traveling further. The owner was very friendly at breakfast, he also gave us instructions for further travel. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

View from the rooftop was good, and the breakfast was huge and classic Moroccan. Hotel is a litte on the side, but it's easy to find and there is a parking outside.

@dar.nadia.bendriss: I can only recommend anyone who go to Ouarzazate to stay in this wonderful 4 Floors and about 16 Rooms, amazing #BerBer House. . The owner Nadia & Lahssen are 2 incredible persons who share Love, Passion, Culture and make you feel so Welcome to stay there, that a week has past like 2 days. Lhassen, Nadia and their 2 others made are Wonderful Chef. . Dinner on site is a pleasure after spending your days site seeing!!! . Breakfast on the Terrace in the sun in the Morning and as for any meal, if you would like to try anything from the area, like Camel or Goat… just let know Lhassen… he will even take you with him to the BerBer Market if you wish! . It was with a big heart that I had to leave them… but For Sure #IwillBeBack 🥰 . This was Trully an #UnforgettableStay out of my 20 years different stay in my #Favourite #Country in the World. . Nothing apart I wish I could Stay Longer!!!

Very attentive staff (!), room was clean and quiet, great roof top terrasse, with beautiful view on the palm tree forest! Plus, easy parking. We stayed only for one night, but based on that, can highly recommend the hotel if you’re looking for a affordable place to stay close to Ouarzazate.

Staff were exceptional. They were so accommodating despite us being such difficult guests. We erred greeted with tea and dates on the balcony, dinner was excellent and superb value for money at 12 euros each. In the morning we had to print our flight boarding pass and the owner did this for us at his father in laws House. We could not have asked for more. The hotel itself is beautiful and traditional and is ideally located 10-15 mins from the airport.

The hotel was perfect but heads up for those going to Morocco in general. You must print your boarding pass before arrival at the airport. If not at best you will pay a reissue fee with your airline and at worst they won't let you in the airport. We left this until the last minute. Luckily for us the owner helped us.

Best stay we had ! Clean, amazing views from the rooftop terrace and incredible staff!!! My boyfriend fell sick and had to go to the hospital. Within 5 min they sent someone with us to translate and show us the way. The guy was great we got the right help really fast in the hospital. We really couldn’t have had any better help from them. They cared so much !!!! We are still in contact with them and will definitely visit them again soon. Best place to stay !!!!

Staff was very nice and accommodating ! Special thanks to Ayoub and Nadia for their warm welcome. The diner we had at this place was prepared by Nadia at it was amazingly delicious ! Delicious breakfast too. I would come back again to this place if I have to !

The view from the roof terrace is stunning. The owner is so friendly, warm and welcoming. It takes a while to understand the traditional Berber style but once you appreciate the mud walls, the huge scale of the property and the traditional feel you realise you are in an authentic place. Our room had great heating (required in January). Location-wise it's quiet and off the beaten track but close enough to drive to places of interest. We chose this place for the free parking and access to other places. You can get dinner from the nearest town. We ate once at La Terrasse by the Carrefour as you drive into town. Overall really loved the fresh air and tranquility as well as the view of the Atlas.

Not much except maybe the immediate surrounds outside the hotel are a bit run-down but it's all in development so don't let this put you off.

The property was really clean and we were really pleased by the staff that was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast on the was delicious!

The location is a bit isolated and far from the center of Ourzazate. It’s advisable to be there with a car, as it’s not easy to go around on foot

Everything was perfect except that the hot water was on and off but it’s not a big problem. The staff was very helpful and responsive and the owner was very friendly — they kept ensuring that we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. Upon our arrival they provided free Morrocan mint tea and Harira. We had difficulty with credit card payment and the owner was generously offering a workaround for that. We were really appreciate all the help and friendliness they offered during our stay. Note: The heater in each room was working perfectly — this helped a lot during our winter stay.
