Nice place with very nice host and staff. Lovely attic room. We only stayed for 1 night; arrived late at night and left early morning, so we only spent little time there.

Unfortunately we had a cold shower in the morning, as they run out of hot water. The host mentioned that this never happened before. But ofcourse it was not comfortable. Also, the rooms are quite noisy. We could hear everything our neighbours said...

Milena the hostess is very attentive and welcoming. Very kind and informative. The place feels very safe and like home. The room was nice and the bathroom too - they have local soap and shampoo that smells amazing! You can buy it in Pienza, in the old town. Breakfast was nice. Wifi is good. Easy parking.

The mattress is warn out so we didnt sleep well. Also the blinds dont keep out the early sun, which hits the bed, and was a bit annoying.

The host Milena is very amicable. She waited for us even though we arrived very late at night and gave us wonderful tips for what to do where to go for food even, where to do our laundry. The house where we stayed was very lovely. Great atmosphere, delicious breakfast, top notch service!

N/A Maybe a better breakfast selection for special dietary restrictions. However, we already had many options.

The hostess is exceptionally kind and very helpful. She helped us a lot beyond the issues of the accommodation. Also, the accommodations are excellent; the room is wide, clean, and comfortable. The bed could not be better. The breakfast with bread, pastries, fruits, yogurts, juice, etc. was delicious. We want to thank Milena for the kindness she hosted us and Albania, who was always attentive at breakfast. The location is perfect for visiting Chiusi and the beautiful towns in the Val d'Orcia.

Breakfast was lovely. Room was very pretty and spacious.

No full length mirror. Had to dress for a formal wedding with only a small mirror above the sink to do make up and hair. Shower beautiful, but lacked a spot to put toiletries. Had to perch them atop a high brick ledge nearby.

Milena is a exceptional hostess . The cleaning is very satisfying, the breakfast very nice, the position quite convenient for South Toscany, and Milena's suggestions for food, wineshop and guidance showed up excellent. She is very friendly and spend a lot of time to explain us everything. Value for money definitely (we stayed and in other places on our trip), we strongly recommend it. Thanks a lot Milena

Even though the weather was bad, we had a good time here. Milena was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I can only recommend the accommodation. Chiusi is a nice town, well worth seeing.

The room was wonderful, and very quiet. Milena and staff went above our expectations making us feel right around home.

The only thing I would suggest would be to add a kitchen hand towel as we did some dishes but nothing to dry your hands with.

Beautiful big room with kitchen. Fantastic host. Super confortable.

Even with our GPS the place was difficult to find and is located on a very busy road. However the host contacted us and helped us. There is free parking on site.

Wonderful studio, comfortable bed and shower. We booked in the way from Bologna to Rome, just for the night, and Milena called us to give necessary instructions, and everything was perfect. I definitelly recommend it! Breakfast delicious!
