Nice place with very nice host and staff. Lovely attic room. We only stayed for 1 night; arrived late at night and left early morning, so we only spent little time there.

Unfortunately we had a cold shower in the morning, as they run out of hot water. The host mentioned that this never happened before. But ofcourse it was not comfortable. Also, the rooms are quite noisy. We could hear everything our neighbours said...

The B&B is in such a beautiful location and within walking distance to the town! Our room was extremely clean and we were provided with local soaps. The host was also so kind and offered to drive us to town multiple times and to the train station since we didn’t have a car. She also made a delish breakfast with a large assortment of pastries, fruits, coffee, and cereal.

Nicely converted old house with a garden just outside of the town . Milena the host was great - very friendly, helpful and responsive. Also a great baker - the breakfast was plentiful including some delicious home baking . Will definitely return

Advice to Kiwis/ Aus - take a junction block with an adapter as most stone properties have minimal plug sockets

Milena the hostess is very attentive and welcoming. Very kind and informative. The place feels very safe and like home. The room was nice and the bathroom too - they have local soap and shampoo that smells amazing! You can buy it in Pienza, in the old town. Breakfast was nice. Wifi is good. Easy parking.

The mattress is warn out so we didnt sleep well. Also the blinds dont keep out the early sun, which hits the bed, and was a bit annoying.

Air conditioning was quiet and worked well; mattress was firm; breakfast was good; a refrigerator was available in the breakfast area for personal use.

Stairs were steep into the house and to our room, plus there was a large brick step to get into our bathroom. Location is on a busy street about 1.5 km from the nearest town.

The host Milena is very amicable. She waited for us even though we arrived very late at night and gave us wonderful tips for what to do where to go for food even, where to do our laundry. The house where we stayed was very lovely. Great atmosphere, delicious breakfast, top notch service!

A beautiful room in a lovely house. We went onto town to eat at a place recommended by our lovely host and it was the best meal of our holiday. Breakfast was lovely. Husband collected a tray so we could eat in the tiny patio area of the room.The room had cooking and dining facilities.

The place is amazing…Milena is very hospitable…she gave us a map and many information about the places ,the restaurants and the activities of the area.The room was very clean and the breakfast had a great variety of local products

The room was fantastic, luxurious very clean. Old structure converted to most modern standars. The host is very kind and helpful in indicating what you should not miss in the area. It is 1km from the city centre of Chiusi. The breakfast is superb.

The hostess is exceptionally kind and very helpful. She helped us a lot beyond the issues of the accommodation. Also, the accommodations are excellent; the room is wide, clean, and comfortable. The bed could not be better. The breakfast with bread, pastries, fruits, yogurts, juice, etc. was delicious. We want to thank Milena for the kindness she hosted us and Albania, who was always attentive at breakfast. The location is perfect for visiting Chiusi and the beautiful towns in the Val d'Orcia.
