Our room was in the ground floor but was very quiet, even with a number of minor hockey lads in for a tournament. We were in an older building but the room was well appointed and all facilities were very very clean. Location was great, close to shopping and a good selection of eating options. The staff are super. Can’t say enough to describe the courtesy we experienced, the front desk folks were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was very good, a great selection and the young man working there was very attentive and breakfast foods were replenished very quickly.

Pillows weren’t that great but not a deal breaker to stay here again.

The hotel is organized, the room was nice and the swimming pool was amazing, so clean and the water temperature was perfect. The breakfast is also good, there are few options of juice, coffee and tea, pancakes, eggs, toast and jams. There are good options of restaurants around and it's 5 minutes driving from the By the Lake park.

The only thing I could complain about is that the AC in my room was really noisy and I took some time to sleep because of it. After falling asleep you get used to the noise.

The breakfast was great. It was nice it was available till 10 am. Sometimes it is nice to sleep in and get breakfast later. My grandson greatly enjoyed the waterslide which was the main attraction for booking the facility.

I would like to see a posted schedule for pool cleaning and when the water was tested for PH etc. It was not clear to me that the pool and hot tub were checked daily?

The swimming pool was awesome ! My daughter loved the water slide ! The room was clean, beds were comfortable!

Well getting locked out of our room wasn’t great .. but the staff at the front desk was awesome and very understanding and helpful about this .. there also a lot of people wondering around all night … Also the breakfast could have been better .. didn’t really seem to have anyone watching it ..

Room was very clean and wonderfully comfortable. Everything was just extremely clean. Pool was excellent and a great time to be at.

Only complaint was the included complimentary breakfast. Not a fan of having to microwave my breakfast. But also understand not having expensive food waste.

Loved the extra outside door, the pool was great, beds were comfy, had coffee and shampoo all that was needed. I especially loved the free coffee at the lobby all the time.

Not having key access to back of building. I was parked at the back of our and had to walk to entrance then down towards the end of hall to my room.

It was handy and clean, lots of parking.

The room smelled horribly of dirty feet, really stinky dirty feet. I turned on the fan and we left for at least 6 hrs, it didn’t help a bit. No point asking for a different room, they were already telling people who said they had a reservation that they had no more rooms and no record of their reservations when we checked in. Person behind the desk seemed indifferent and had no problem putting down customers.

Clean, lots of parking

Two buildings. Doesn’t say that when booking. I was booked in a different building but thankfully they moved me to the main building. Breakfast was disappointing, Frozen eggs and sausage that need to be microwaved is unacceptable.

The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was wonderful had something for everyone. My family and I really enjoyed our stay
