Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had good variety. I was pleased that you had a washer and dryer for guests to use. The view from our room was fantastic. The manager and her staff were efficient and friendly.

Paint lines on the pavement so that more cars can park directly across the road from the hotel. We had to park at the lower level and climb the stairs. My husband has mobility issues and this was hard for him. Perhaps consider having a golf art and an employee who could offer rides to the car’s parked below. I realize that idea will not work during the winter, but it is worth looking into during the other seasons.

The staff was courteous and tried to help. They gave us a complimentary roll away on the night our granddaughter was in labor at the hospital. ( just in case our daughter needed a place to sleep). Our daughter lives a two hour drive away.

Bathroom needs work. Outlet for hair dryer was broken. Shower curtain was ripped above and around grommets. A hook was broken . The toilet seat shifted when you sat on it. The TV would not allow us to watch the World Series on FOX. It wanted a code. We called the desk and were told that we did not need a code. End result: we missed watching the World Series and my husband is a diehard fan. Air conditioning did not cool the room. The room smelled damp. Parking : lines need to be painted in order to allow maximum space utilization.

I love pretty much everything about this hotel! The location is excellent! Close to everything, but out of the way from all of the hustle and bustle. Great view of the river and if you're a people watcher like we are, it's fun to sit on the balcony and watch everyone come and go. The balcony room is what we typically get and it's very large! Bathroom is a great size, though the shower is a little small. The water pressure in the shower is the best I've ever come across! Lots of storage for clothes. A couch and a desk with a chair. Balcony also had seating! The lobby is great, has options for food and drinks. Bar area was great and service was excellent! Breakfast is delicious and plenty of options. This hotel is definitely one we go to as often as we can.

The ONLY thing that I dislike about this hotel is the beds could be upgraded. The last few times I've been there I've been in serious back pain after leaving.

Sara the front desk clerk who checked us in was very friendly. There was a misunderstanding (mine) with some information from the site that I used to book the hotel. Sara spoke to her manager and they worked with us to help resolve the issue..

The beds were really firm and uncomfortable. I am not holding this against the hotel, but they were just not comfortable. Our room was to be cleaned on the 3rd day of our stay. It was not cleaned. we took our dog with us to make sure there would be no issues with the room being cleaned. They have 2 luggage carts and my husband had to make 4 trips to load our cars because they allow guests to hold the carts while they eat breakfast.so those of us who need a cart couldn't use it.

Niagara Crossing Hotel offers an unbeatable location, perfect for exploring Lewiston. With plenty of shops, bakeries, brewpubs, and restaurants just a short walk away, it's ideal for those who want to park and enjoy the area on foot. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. We also enjoyed a lovely view of the river. While breakfast is serviceable, the real charm of this place is its proximity to the vibrant yet peaceful town of Lewiston.

One small caveat: we were hoping to take an Uber for a short trip, but rides weren't readily available—though the staff kindly gave us a heads-up ahead of time.

Great room. He staff made us feel very welcome. Complimentory breakfast was great. And was great to have the option to buy snack and drinks atvlobby store. A/C was very efficient on such a warm day.

Lobby bar now opn. OPEN 4-8 pm on a select nights. However, 6 - 8 pm is when most patrons will go out for dinner or to an activity. Feedback- Should be open on days when there's no ArtPark concert for sure, until 9 or 10 pm. And when unable to check in until 4 pm, Lobby Bar being open at 3 pm may also be appreciated.

The staff was excellent, the location unbeatable, and the rooms were spacious with comfortable big beds and a well-kept bathroom. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the AC super quiet. The complimentary breakfast was basic but appreciated, and free parking was a nice bonus.

Be aware of a hidden $10 per night hotel fee when booking through a third-party site (such as Booking.com). We could hear footsteps from the room above and phone vibration from the room next door. The AC temperature display was quite bright and shone directly onto one of the beds, with no way to turn off the display without shutting off the AC entirely.

Friendly staff! They had tea and coffee available at all time! Provided us with extra bed without charge because my friend joined us at the last minute. Beautiful view!

Very noisy and loud music until 10 pm as there was a graduation/ college event! We had to leave our room and come back again at 10 pm as the music was really loud. We usually don’t mind it except we were grieving the loss of my friend’s husband and this trip was supposed to be a relaxing night! We even had foot & shoulder massage and face masks that we were supposed to use but we did not do as it was not relaxing with that noise. Overall it was a great except for this issue.

The property is beautiful! The staff were all wonderful and everything was very clean. Close to everything, we were able to walk to Art Park for the concert. Breakfast was delicious and the views were gorgeous.

The only complaint that I have was that you could hear everything from the room above ours. I understand this is a historical hotel so things like this are to be expected. I just wish we didn't have to hear every single step they were taking.

Being as it is the only place to stay in Lewiston, it was perfect for our visit to Artpark. It's an easy walk into the cute town and to Artpark. The exterior of the building is quite beautiful. However, the interior could use a little TLC. Our room was spacious. Spacious enough that another chair could have been added to the room. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of offerings.

Beware the hidden charges! Upon checking in, I was asked for my vehicle information and a signature. I was not made aware of anything else. When I checked my credit card account the next day, I saw two changes to my card. One was $50 for miscellaneous. The other was a destination charge for $10. I called the hotel and was told that I should have been informed of these charges. I asked what the destination charges cover. The person with whom I spoke was not able to answer my question and said that it is a fee that all NY state hotels are able to charge. She added that no reimbursement would be coming my way. Beware, part 2. The walls are thin!
