Everything. Rooms, bar, food.

We were asked if we’d like a nice bottle of red wine for our dinner and answered yes. When paying, the wine was more expensive than a top London restaurant and more than the cost of the room. Whilst we should have asked the price, we felt slightly cheated.

+ nice room, although not that big as before + delicios breakfast with high variety for every tastes + sauna, gym and small pools + closed garage parking + possibility of late chack-out

- as of new you have to pay an obligatory fee for eventual damages that you get back at sometime after your stay. Even though I paid in advance, I had to offer a credit card and this safety insurance sum would be booked regardless... That was not the case before and I definitely did not like the idea since I usually pay in advance and don`t carry my card with me.

The hotel is located in the city center, has an underground parking - a little small for the big cars but still useful. We enjoyed a weekend being close to all the facilities, the restaurant is good, the gym is nice and has a backyard view.

They let too many people in the garage, also people not staying in the hotel, just visiting the restaurant and we could not manage to get an available spot all the times. You find parking very difficult in the area.

Everything. The staff is awesome! Wonderful people , very clean, breakfast divers with " pita cu ou " Love that ! Very central location ! Restaurant very good!

Air condition ! I am born in Arad and I always stay at this hotel but the climatization is something that I don't like and understand. Last one was 102! Too loud, man!

Reception staff friendly and very helpful. Large, secure underground car park and as motorcyclists always nice to get the bike tucked away. Hotel is lovely & looks like it’s recently been refurbished. Room was large and very well equipped with mini bar & good quality bathroom products. Breakfast we were spoilt for choice with something for everyone. Good quality food. Location is spot on, right in the middle of the town. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.

Very good hotel, near city center, great design of the rooms. Sauna, pool and gym were great to relax in the evening. Great value for money and a nice surprise that kids under 13 stay for free, even with breakfast included.

More like nice to haves, especially that it is a 5* hotel: would be nice to have a triple room (we had to sleep in the same bed with the kid), bigger and better quality for the shower gel in the room, gluten free bread for breakfast, heated sauna (we had to turn it ourselves and wait for 30min).

Very good breakfast, central location. The rooms are modern, large and clean. The parking is free of charge. The staff is well trained and kind. The rooms are well insulated.

Speaking about a five star hotel, the design of the bathroom is minimalist, there is not enough support for the various cosmetics of a family. Also, the storage spaces in the room are minimal. The light in the bathroom is not oriented correctly, you can't see very well to shave.

The room we booked was big and spacious. The breakfast was ok, but not a 5star hotel.

The bathroom was awful, it has a bathtub without shower so it was uncomfortable to wash, also it has 2 sinks and no space to put some items, also the mirror is dark you can't look at your face normally.

Aniroc Signature Hotel was outstanding. I absolutely loved the minimalist industrial style. Even with the coolness of the style, the room was very cozy and comfortable. The hotel offers an impressive buffet breakfast every morning, hosted by their in-house restaurant. At every turn the members of staff were polite and helpful. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Arad.

While the hotel is located in a great part of the city, it is down and around the corner of a bit of a creepy street, just off the main road.

We only stayed for a night but enough for a very good impression. It is a 5* new hotel, very modern and in a good location. The staff is very polite and the food is great, both the restaurant and the breakfast. Although is placed on a narrow side street, it offers free underground parking.

It’s not really a negative point if you like the industrial interior design with raw concrete walls and iron decorations. The bathroom is very modern, with clear glass walls.
