The executive twin room is very spacious and well appointed with ample space for luggage, a large wardrobe, chair, tables, etc. The bathroom is also very generously sized. Everything functioned well except for the WiFi which often stopped working/was very slow. Otherwise it was quite quiet and relaxing - perfect for anybody who is in need of a peaceful space! Note that they do in fact take credit card (unlike what it says on this website).

I highly suggest booking directly with Sanbay instead of using this website because there is a significant price difference. The unit price is a lot higher on this website, and there are also taxes added on top whereas the hotel has a net price that is quite a bit lower. Note that this location is quite far from amenities (restaurants, grocery stores) and that the town center is a good 30 minute walk away. It is not an area that is fun to wander around (mostly closed commercial and industrial buildings), so you need to factor in time/get transport to get to the town center.

an attractive hotel with a comfortable atmosphere suitable for an affordable room price.. the large toilet is very comfortable.. only when we want to iron our clothes we have to go out far and take the clothes outside near the hotel elevator

I was a little disappointed and angry on the day I wanted to checkout that morning I was upset when I wanted to take my deposit worth rm50 that someone had signed in that small opening which was not actually my signature and the signature was different from my own signature.. even though either way I can get the deposit money back too thank you … about hotel n so on everything was good ..

Travelling with a car this was good value, very comfortable accommodation for our sightseeing trip in Sadakan, Sepilok and Labud.

We love how the staffs treat their customers. The cleaner also efficient in doing their job. Our room is always in clean and good condition eventhough our children mess up the entire room everyday.

We didn't like the smell of the hotel's corridor. At night the noise from the boat engine (if we are not mistaken)is quite annoying.

Location is okay u need a 10-15 minutes drive from town centre. Walking distance to supermarket. Room is very clean, cold bed is comfy shower is exceptional! Loved the stay..
