I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and kind, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself, as well as my room, were spotlessly clean and equipped with the latest technology. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to others based on its excellent service, cleanliness, and quiet atmosphere.

One minor improvement would be to provide a kettle or some other way for guests to access hot water for coffee or tea. A small touch that would have made my stay even more enjoyable.

Bed was hard and breakfast is very much Japanese it was either rice balls and miso or rice and raw egg. I was hoping for a bit more choice.

Three main points: 1. Extremely comfortable bed 2. Excellent shower. 3. 11am checkout. Very functional hotel. Design is simple and clean. The room is small with a unique layout for this kind of hotel. No bath, so there is extra room in the entrance. Excellent pillow supply and top quality sheets and towels. Soap, shampoo and conditioner also very nice quality with refreshing aroma. The breakfast was basic but very tasty. 2 rice balls, a bowl of miso soup and some pickles, or a bowl of rice with raw egg and miso soup.

The parking situation was terrible, difficult to get in and out and you have to validate your ticket every time. If you go out and the parking is full when you return, you’ll have to find a coin parking, and the hotel will not refund the very expensive parking price for that area (¥1,100). Beware. Robotic check in and check out, fine if you like that but I don’t. Reception staff not very friendly or welcoming. No kettle, cups, glasses, coffee or tea in the room (which most hotels of that grade provide). The fridge could not cool down anything unless left overnight. The hot water available on the 2nd floor was below tepid.

Modern, very very spacious! Well priced, clean, amazinggggg shower pressure and ullllllltra fast wifi for uploading. Modern appliances, laundry machine is all in one and you can see the status on your smart tv. Did I mention the shower is NEXT level??? Bed was comfy and lots of pillows. Blackout blinds for a good snooze. Will definitely stay here next visit. Comes with free breakfast. .. not the best but it’s included and good to grab on the go. Pro tip - use the orange daiwa parking lot 50m away, ¥600 for 24 hours.

Great location right on the main Miyazaki strip. Spacious, clean room, with an amazing shower. Onigiri breakfast set was delicious and filling. The room had an AI assistant that was pretty fun and easy to use. Had a lot of information about the hotel and area. It even knew some folklore stories.

Parking wasn't free and was a bit complicated. Would have appreciated a few more amenities like coffee and a sponge/body cloth for the shower.

It was beautifully clean, the shower was fantastic, the communal areas were light and spacious, the staff were really helpful and it was in a great location.

There was no kettle in the room, and there only being variants of rice (onigiri or with egg) and miso, with no alternatives meant that one member of the family didn't eat breakfast here. P

The room was spacious and modern. No view for the universal rooms as they are on the lower floors. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was new large and well set out.

Unfortunately luggage lockers were only available before check in only. We would have liked to stay 2 nights but needed our luggage cared for the day we checked out, so we stayed at the hotel a few doors down for the next night.

On the strip, five minutes by regular bus to JR station, also by City Hall large green embankment area for running, walking, several kms. Quiet hotel at night. Y100 washing machine for fast cycle on 2F was bargain of the week.

Ai remote so staff presence minimal, distant. More like a dormitory. Breakfast no buffet, two simple unchanging options, coffee not free, costs Y200, but Lawsons five minutes walk away.

Breakfast included - two options available, good portions. Location - bus stop on the road outside. Good izakaya serving food in private rooms nearby. Yet the hotel was not noisy. No traffic noise. Quiet. Room layout was good for friends - curtain dividing the bedroom from the toilet and shower area. Toilet and shower separate. Shower was great. Hotel was clean, modern and new. Easy check in on a machine.

Location was good for our purpose, it was clean and we liked the smart tech of the room.

There’s clear signs for the parking and what to do if it’s full. As you cannot park in front of the hotel and for someone driving in Japan for the first time, I had to loop the block twice so my friend can go in and ask.
