Amazing and easy check in. It's a lovely resort, incredibly clean rooms (except the hideous bathroom). Comprehensive compendium except no restaurant menu or spa menu. I went online to see the restaurant menu and was greeted by mixed reviews, so I gave it a miss. An in room menu would have persuaded me to go for dinner. No spa menu either, so I didn't bother with that. They missed opportunities to make more $. They went to arrange a car for me to my next resort but the ride cost 3x Uber and was the same price as accommodation- not their facility but it left a final bad taste as I walked out of the resort. Do something about your bathrooms, they are hideous and detract from the gorgeous rooms. Shitty wooden shelving under the sink, wooden rubbish boxes that don't work with torn bags in them, toilet roll holders that break, ages for hot water to come through, is it garden, stone, slate, wood panelling? I mean, just pick one design! Staff were great and always say hello. Pool was lovely. Great location and lovely setting, just missing a little class to make it amazing.

This resort could only be described as heavenly. I stayed in the private, waterfront cottage with private pool. Every moment was breathtaking from sunrise to a midnight dip in the pool. The food in the restaurant was top tier. I also enjoyed spa services including the synchronized massage and facial—one of the best massages I've ever received. I felt totally reset and ready to take on anything. I couldn't recommend the Punnamada Resort more!

Nothing! Everything was great

The duplex alloted was not convenient. The bathroom was downstairs while bedroom was upstairs.Again cupboard was downstairs . The raised entrance to room and bathroom required some efforts to enter . Open bathroom was okay but what when you stare at a mongoose or large insect. Hot water was a challenge. Hot water buckets were to be called . Boiler should be on always at a higher temperature

It’s a stunning hotel , lovely pool, so many flowers and just greenery everywhere. Loved the outdoor bathroom. Lace mosquito nets over the beds were much appreciated. Just 4 kilometres from Alleppey town which was less than 200 rupees in a tuc tuc to get to. Local village on the doorstep.

We stayed in 4 hotels all over Kerala and at this one the staff appeared disinterested on the whole. We asked for coffees on arrival after a 6 hr journey to the hotel. We were told you can order that yourselves from your room. Zero charm. No warm welcome. This was in stark contrast to the other hotels whose welcome was so kind and caring. The coolness of the staffs attitude was also apparent in the restaurant. A lovely room and food was fine. But staff were mostly unfriendly. Even a smile would have been welcome.

The resort is Amazon. Peaceful and beautifully located with lake view from almost everywhere. The staff were so nice and friendly. We did the Ayurveda massage and came out refreshed. Loved every moment there

Our room was a little far away from everything else, and a little dark, so we had to keep the lights on ever during the day. Not a big problem though, considering all the good things.

The highlight was having the room with the private pool. I highly recommend it. Whilst the main resort pool was very hot in sunny weather, ours was half shaded and perfect for relaxation :).

Everything was almost perfect. The internet in the room was a bit unstable but maybe it was a good thing after all :)

The location was great along the backwaters and in proximity of Alleppey (10mins drive), the staff and service was excellent, rooms with open bathroom areas were fantastic. The massage services were top notch and best out there. Nothing much to complain.

The apartments could have been more cleaner.

It was beautiful and mostly well- maintained. Staff were polite and attentive . Restaurant was good. Room with lakeside view was great! Room had fridge as well

Just a few things: a broken chair at the pool that should be removed, bird droppings on poolside should be scrubbed off. Hotel advertises having a spa but we never saw it. Room where we had yoga was very hot; no AC.

The breakfast was excellent, loved pistachio milkshakes. Room was lovely set up in old age furnished style with outdoor wc and shower. Unfortunately my husband has mobility so the lovely boys GopiKrishna & Shiva were very caring and were there to assist my husband. We had ordered room service for our dinner and the food was excellent. We also did 1 hour sunset cruise on the lake in of your boat. Ratheesh M and Vinod P were both wonderful host on the boat. We love your boat, hope to stay overnight next time we come to Alleppey. Thanking you once again for baking our st at y a memorable one. We definitely recommend your beautiful resort to our friends and families.

Because of mobility with my hasband a mobilty room would have been idol. I believe you had one but it was occupied with another person who also had disabilty

The room was really nice. The Resort is at the calm side next to the see. The pool is warm and clean. Service was really good.

Nets against insects in the windows would have been great.
