Very nice hotel. Excellent location. Good food. Nice Rooms. Calm. Will surely come back, and check the improved management effort..

The hotel needs more Focus, on management and Daily basis. When you order a gin+tonic, and the bartender takes out an almost empty 2 liter bottle of tonic, and pours the rest in your glass, you get a stale and boring g+t. When all the Parking near to the hotel is occupied, except for one Space, the chief Cook parks there in his White Mercedes SUV. Where is the management, with Focus on customers ? When you have this beautiful place, who not keep it at 100% ?

Made our dog feel welcome. Food was very nice when it was eventually served. Bedroom was warm.

Shocking service in the restaurant. We waited and waited whilst other guests were clearly being attended to. The bar early in the evening (7pm) was closed and we were told to go upstairs along the corridor to the restaurant to obtain a drink. Had to stand waiting in the the middle of a busy restaurant whilst the staff got us a glass of Beer and a glass of Prosecco then had to trek all the way back downstairs to drink it whilst watching people walking through in towels wet from the pool. Really unacceptable in a hotel of this rate. Location is rural until next morning you realise you’re in the middle of an industrial estate. Also rooms and bathroom are very dated.

Great single night stay. Clean and tidy.

A bit old school design and initially a bit confusing layout. Room wasn't quite ready for all of us, but got sorted it out once reception was contracted. Couldn't quite locate those bathrobes and slippers to get you from the room to the pool in proper wellness hotel style. Radiator/piping was emitting a low intensity sound of flow. Get the breakfast waffle machine or waffle dough fixed. Easy win.

Evertything was great. Pool was nice with warm water, rooms were spacious, clean and cosy, breakfasts was great with plenty of choice. We had a very spacious studio (for the kids) with a shower for 10 and a regular double room for us.

For me the mattress was too hard, but I suppose this is very personal. I'm used to sleeping on a soft mattress.

The hotel has a very nice spa area and my wife took the opportunity to have some spa treatments during our stay. We had a room in the older part of the hotel which had an extra bed located adjacent to the main bedroom area as well as a balcony. We had an evening meal in the restaurant on the occasion of my wife's birthday and the staff dressed the table to mark the event.

Found out after booking that the sauna was to be closed. But had no time for a new place search. It would have been nice after a long ride. Pool is OK, a little cold and small, only 5 loungers available. I brought changing clothes for after the swim, but there were no changing rooms. Other guests told me you can pick up a bathrobe at the reception. Towels are at the pool. Too late for me, I went back to the room in street shoes and towel... Slept well, nice view and balcony. Probably really nice here in the fall. Parking was ample, wifi worked, breakfast was good. All in all would stay here again.

booked last miinute, came in late and received a call while driving to check if i had received the message for the keylocker. Bar was still open upon arival Very friendly staff and very good breakfast Hotel is few miles from Highways so easy for any direction Next time I will use the pool

Pool was very nice and room was clean. Front desk staff were friendly.

This was our second time staying at the hotel. Both times we had dinner at the restaurant with the same server, Nabil. Nabil provided my wife and I with terrible service.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Not only is it located cosily outside town with a fantastic view of the wineries but it has an amazing restaurant on site. Friendly staff, great food and overall a great place to stay with your dog. A bunch of parking, nice outdoor area.

I wish there was a fridge it the room.

It happened to stay here in the very low season and I really appreciated the quietness, the service of the team working there and the comfort of the room. Just to stress that the distance to the center (old town) or the main train station is about 20 minutes on foot away through the village of Ochsenfurt. So, through the village and not through a remote area. I thought I should mention this because someone could think that the hotel is remoted,far away from the village but it is not
