First impressions of the room was 'wow'. The accommodation was very well laid out, a good size and the fixtures and fittings were high quality. Many holidays are spoilt because of poor quality beds, not at Silver Park, the beds are extremely comfortable enabling us to have a great night's sleep, every night. The 'welcome' pack was excellent, water, beer, crisps, biscuits, tea, and coffee, a bottle of milk would have made it perfect but no complaints. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Communication with the staff via WhatsApp messaging was very convenient and very fast. A message from the customer services team on the day before we arrived to confirm our arrival was appreciated, it made us feel that we were valued. Being able to choose which day and at what time that the room was serviced was useful. A great TV with lots of channels to choose from.

Silver Park doesn't have its own reception area for guests to report to upon arrival, reception is actually in the building next door (The Palmiers) which is part of the same group. Perhaps I had missed some information about this fact but I feel that it could have been communicated more clearly. The sun loungers around the pool are high quality items made from wood however they are made from hardwood and don't have wheels on them which means they are heavy and difficult to move. They did however have a comfortable mattress on them.

Location is excellent, close to the harbour area and a nice beach. Lots of nice restaurants in the area. The apartment was very well furbished, beds were comfortable and it was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was very nice and clean.

The apartment was a bit smaller than expected, especially the bathroom was tiny. The balcony was very small and just had 2 seats, which was a pity as we were hoping we could have our family meals outside.

Great location , short walk into the busier part of Paphos with excellent parking. Would stay again .

Only issue is that there is no reception , we arrived late by car and were unsure of the procedure to check in . It was quickly sorted but I had to give advice to another couple who also arrived another day by car who were having the same issue .

Located within a short walk to many shops and restaurants, these new Apartments are fantastic. From booking to leaving the communication was better than anything I've experienced before and the staff where fantastic. The apartment had everything a family could need and the little extras like water, beers, wine and snacks as a arrival pack where very much appreciated.

A longer stay would have been better as we only booked one week. lesson learned! A drying line on the Balcony on top of the clothes horse would be handy for larger families but did not detract from a 10/10 stay

We truly enjoyed living in the Silver Park. It was pleasure meeting the crew especially the host. The location was perfect, nearby is the sea, beach and a large number of restaurants. The apartment itself is very clean, bright, spacious and well designed. All the necessary things for comfortable living are provided and if not are available upon request. The team vas very attentive and careful, provided us with everything we needed for our short stay. You guys run a great service! Thank you so much!

Our apartment at Silver Park was exceptionally well kept and came stocked with a variety of refrigerated drinks and ambient snacks all included in the price. Cleaning was pre-arranged and communicated to us a day in advance so that we knew when to expect a knock on the door. The pool area is perfect to soak up some sun as it has direct sunlight for the entire day, making the pool just nice to jump into and cool off throughout. Our balcony faced the sun in the evenings which was perfect for a sit down before heading out to the nearby restaurants in the evenings. We were located very close to the town, 10mins stroll to the harbour or some lovely beach bars less than 5 minutes away in the other direction. This accommodation is exceptional and I would recommend to anyone for a holiday in the Paphos area.

The only bit of Silver Park we didn’t enjoy was saying goodbye! Neither me or my partner could find any faults with Silver Park. We were greeted by Stefan late in the evening when we arrived (11pm), he showed us to our apartment and explained how everything worked in the apartment (air con, getting TV channels from home etc) and even showed us where we could order food from after our late flight. That touch alone was amazing and helped us to feel very welcomed to stay. The level of hospitality here is excellent, very friendly staff whether it was housekeeping or reception everyone was very polite and chatty.

it was such a lovely accommodation, from start to finish. the staff welcomed us as we had a late flight and gave us a tour around our room and made sure we were welcome. we were given complimentary snacks and drinks. the property itself is lovely, clean and very spacious. we even got given a late checkout as we had a late flight and let us freshen up in the showers after checkout and gave us free towels and a kitkat! Such an amazing accommodation and such good value

This apartment is just beautiful. Communication from the hotel prior to, during and following our stay was amazing. We had a long flight delay but Anna arranged our taxi driver to take us all the way to our apartment at 03:00. The cleanliness and welcome pack are both second to none and we have travelled a lot! We always use Booking but this is by far the best accommodation we have experienced. We were in Cyprus for a family event and Silver Park arranged a taxi to take us elsewhere in Cyprus. Taxis ordered all arrived on time. Even when we left the apartment Christina answered a query I had looking for the taxi company to take us to the airport. Huge thanks to all the Silver Park team, especially Anna and Christina! Yannis taxis were all impeccably clean with professional drivers each time we used them.

The entire experience was excellent, simply no negatives.

The staff were amazing! Stefan was fantastic, attentive and also great fun to talk to. Anna was super; conscientious and extremely prompt and punctual with her services. Also Boris was very friendly and helpful. When there was storm and rain - the taxi service you suggested and Yannis were great too. We were provided with extra fruit and complimentary drinks/sbacks which we appreciated greatly. We loved the apartment( super clean and spacious, good shower). Very comfy beds and furniture. Pool area and pool very nice. Location S park great - close to beach and restaurants etc. Also communication via email was great. Also we felt safe and the area was quiet .

Only a few suggestions to make the stay even better: we would have liked a bigger supply of toilet paper in the appartement. The pool was quite cold ( October ). We could have been warned about the storm and flooding on November 2 ( but maybe they didn’t know either!). On Nov 3d there were cleaners hosing down the floors outside the appartement but some of the water came inside and also it was very slippery to leave the apartment after the cleaned especially with cases ( we vacated the appartment that day) A ‘caution sign for wet floors’ would have been good.

The apartment was very stylish in a modern way; it had been designed and furnished superbly. The bathroom had a big walk in shower and storage space for toiletries. The room was frequently 'refreshed' with new towels and bedding. Having facilities like a big fridge, washing machine and dishwasher was very good.

The noise at times from the community centre opposite (from our balcony) was a real nuisance though of course, this is completely beyond the control of the apartment management. We did find it a bit silly that although towelling robes were provided there were no hooks in either the bathroom or bedroom to hang them....so we didn't use them!
