This was just a stopover, breaking a long drive, however Katy, the receptionist provided such excellent customer service, as you would expect in a 4* hotel! She greeted us with such a positive and friendly manner and dealt with a minor issue (tv) like it was THE most important thing! She was knowledgeable and accommodating with every question. If only all receptionists were like Katy!

There was no lift.

Unfortunately no hot or cold beverages in the room, there are vending machines in the lobby downstairs. No aircon, but there is a working fan in the room.

Location was excellent. The breakfast was very good, the only addition I would recommend would be to include eggs on the breakfast menu. We thought that being on a main road the room would be noisy but this was not the case, thanks to the insulation.

Perhaps two chairs in the room as if a couple, one person has to sit on the bed but this is not really a criticism.

It was an ideal stop on the way from the south, good price/quality, clean and all comfort, easy to reach and close to the highways. Also the option to arrive late and a 24 hour reception.

The code to check in didn't seem to work and we had to call the hotel rep. This man was not friendly.

Great location, close to city center, easy to travel by car to the castles in the region, and there are also restaurants supermarket and shopping mall along the street. Good value for everything you need simply for a couple of nights stay with breakfast.

The best Hostel I have stayed at for a long time. Good value for money. Very sweet staff, very clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend if you need a good nights sleep.

I booked this place last minute as I had travelled a long way and was trying to get as fr as I could before stopping for the night. It was just what I needed, no frills, no staff, just a machine at the door at which to pay amnd collect your key to a simple but clean, warm and comfortable room. I slept soundly. Would definitely use again.

Everything was fine, great value for money.

France has many cheap stopover hotels, Premiere Classe, Formula 1, Mr Bed, and others. This was better than most. Good sized room, comfortable bed, helpful staff. Will use them again.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room, but othwise a perfect night for a short stay

Automated check in late at nigh worked well. Good location near enough to highway.

Our room had strong cigarette smell (big warning to not dare smoking didn't t prevent that it seems)..

We stoped here on our trip to Spain after a 10 hour drive. Hotel is really easy to find, staff was friendly. Lots of parking available. A nice and clean baby bed was already in our room for free. Breakfast was also really good. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is a bit small, but for a short stay totally fine. I would not stay a week, but recommend it for stays up to a long weekend.
